Friendly and knowledgeable staff overall. I worked with Andrew who helped me constantly with a couple injuries sustained just before, and during preparation for a large bodybuilding competition. He worked with me and my specific needs to be able to roughly maintain intensity during my training up through the competition (which I ended up winning the entire show). I do not think I would have done so well if it weren't for the folks here. I'm very grateful to them, and if I get another bad injury I will be back to this location for sure. The injuries were a mild hamstring tear, and nerve pain due to a disc bulge

I selected this location after my total knee replacement surgery. The staff was very efficient and did all possible to make everyone feel comfortable. Matt was my therapist. He was very patient and while I had bouts of pain post surgery, he worked through it with me and I always left better than when I walked in the door. I am thinking about having surgery on my other knee and will surely go back to Matt if and when the time comes. I ended my therapy with the right skills to continue on my own but I know, if ever in need, there is a good team waiting to help.

I came to this location because it was close to home and had severe almost debilitating pain from a herniated disc. Matt and his team are just amazing! I have been to other Athleticos and I have always been satisfied with the treatment, but this experience has really been wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and nice, just a great energy. I have come away with no more pain and so much information about my condition. Matt takes the time to share his knowledge and taught me a lot pinched nerves, nerves themselves, anatomy, the resiliency of the back and always answered the millions of questions I always had. He listened to my specific needs and made my therapy a very interactive experience by offering suggestions for additional exercises and activities I could do to improve my condition. I came in with severe nerve pain, could hardly walk, "foot slap" that affected my gait - and I ended my sessions with the ability to walk on my heels again, do the activities I love - like walking, fishing, motorcycles and sitting on the couch to watch a movie, lol. So I highly recommend this location and am grateful to have met them all - they helped me a ton - physically and mentally! Ten Stars!

I been in therapy for work injury with Matthew Garstki. He is a one of kind to get you back on your feet. He has done just a wonderful job of his expertise. He works with you till your pain free. I had surgery on lower lumbar L5-S1 anterior fusion. Matt worked to get my back into shape again. I thank you Matt for your hard and very helpful strategies to get me back on my feet. With his plans of excercises works wonders. Thanks Matthew, I will come back to you 100%.

I had to go to physical therapy for my back problems. I thought I would dread it. Quite the opposite! I actually enjoy going. Matt is a great professional and a really nice person. He has really helped me. He feels like a friend now. The staff is also great. Alondra is so sweet and she also is quite helpful. I couldn't reccomend this place more highly !

Received excellent care for my torn meniscus. Matt and his colleagues established a friendly and respectful environment that allowed me to progressively get better with each appointment. I will recommend their physical therapy services to friends and family.
