Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I began my physical therapy in December 2021 at this location. I was immediately put at ease by my therapist Nina. She explained what our Exercise program would include to improve my aches and pain. The whole staff was friendly and efficient, putting my best interest at heart . Of course, exercises can be no fun, but once I was there I would feel so much better afterwards. My class ended in February 2022, I was kind of sorry to leave, however I'm very glad to have chosen this Athletico. They do whatever is necessary to make you feel better. Nina is an excellent therapist, she knows how to get best out of you . Shirley

My first time ever going to physical therapy and I'm glad I chose this place very friendly staff my first day Michelle had made such an improvement in my foot I could not believe after just one session I actually felt the difference in my foot I recommend this place to anyone needing their services

I have been going to physical therapy at this location for weeks. I am stronger and in less pain. I.have worked with 2 therapists Bobby who I normally work with and I worked with Deb once..Bobby is very courteous and professional and has slowly increased my routine as he noticed I have strengthened my muscles. Deb gave me some wonder advice that made a difference in everything I do. I gave 4 stars because everyone needs room to grow no matter how good they are.I would definitely recommend this location

I went to this location for physical therapy and from day one my therapist was very invested in my healing. Jonathan developed a plan that was geared to my success and always challenged me to show improvement. His knowledge for my diagnosis allowed us to work at a great pace and at the same time push the limits and make gains. All of the therapist I've worked with Sharlin (Char-Lynn) and Bobby also we're involved in my healing process with caring spirits understanding my pain and the process. Also, there's always parking available and clients with more mobility needs there's parking right in front of the facility. I would recommend anyone in Chicago south side area to give them a try for the best results.

This location was not a good fit for me. I believe wellness is not only physical, it is also mental and spiritual. I visited this location twice and both visits were uncomfortable. The receptionist was marginally professional and rude on my first visit and very unprofessional and unacceptably rude on my second visit. She didn't speak on my eye contact at all when I asked her questions, she continued to address the therapist as if I were not there speaking directly to her.On the first visit my therapist was rushed not to go over her 3:00 pm quit time so my consultation was cut short but I was charged a full price although I received no therapy. The second visit with the therapist was better experience than with the receptionist but I left feeling unenthusiastic for a return visit and decided I would not return.
