Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at AthletiCo South Chatham! My first impression was the staff being extremely professional and friendly. The office was also really neat and clean! Throughout the years, I have had multiple instances which resulted in my need for therapy, however I have never had a team that was as efficient and knowledgeable as this team. Justin was extremely patient with me and really took the time to educate me on my injuries and explain the reasons why I continued to have difficulty during my healing process. Justin really took the time to explain what the goals were for my therapy sessions and how the goals would be beneficial for me. I was apprehensive initially because of previous experiences, however that quickly subsided because Justin made me feel comfortable with his professionalism and encouragement. I am very thankful for my experience!

Very friendly professional atmosphere and everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable of the conditions they were dealing with.

Carol was phenomenal and got be back into shape quickly. The staff here went above especially the office coordinator who ensured I had everything needed to begin my treatments ASAP.

The staff here is amazing very professional, very respectful, everyone makes you feel very comfortable and they all play part in assuring a clean environment. Justin was my personal therapist and he’s nothing less than Great…I’ve had therapy before but my experience here with Justin was so worth the decision and dedication. So glad I chose to partake in therapy at this location!

I really enjoy the Athletico team. My PT is excellent. Justin took the time to listen and he continues to successfully address my needs. I've been coming here for two years and the team feels like they are part of my extended family. I started coming here after I had a stroke and after I had surgery on my spine. Each day I am getting stronger and I thankful for the Athletico team.

I had a great experience here! The therapists are extremely knowledgable and professional while still being warm and sociable. The aides are also very helpful and friendly. Overall, this is a great clinic, I highly recommend!

I received physical therapy which was needed following my recent hip replacement surgery at Athletico's Chatham South location for 12 weeks. My awesome PT was Dr. Justin Ragsdale who did a great job with my physical therapy needs. I also loved his encouragement and the valuable medical information he gave me concerning my condition. in addition to his service, I also received some therapy from Carol Gordon who is also a great PT. Additionally, the aides there are very good. I would especially like to mention one aide who had such a friendly, kind, and accommodating spirit. Her name is Audra. My overall rating for Athletico's Chatham South location is a 5. I thank them for their service!

Justin, Kyla and Carol are great Therapist, and are very knowledgable in their profession. I came in with back spasm, whiplash and pain. Today I fell much better. The environment is friendly, and caring. Great experience with the ENTIRE staff.

My Physical Therapy experience at Athletico was excellent!!! The staff was most helpful and very polite, and Justin, my therapist, was professional and attentive. He was knowledgeable and gave great explanation of treatment. Justin also helped pinpointing any problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues.
