Augusta Dental Center's Online Review Report Card

Been to many dentists around the country but this one has been my best experience yet. Very friendly staff and the doctor got out two wisdom teeth and did a filling in what felt like less than 10 minutes, to perfection. You can tell he knew what he was doing and just overall a great experience. Had to write a review cause Ive been to a couple bad ones over the years, but you will not be disappointed here.

I have gone to Dr. Pressing since I was a teenager! He is amazing! As an adult my insurance has changed, and having to go to others had been awful. I miss him dearly!

My experience was not good. I don't know if he is good dentist or not. But what he did for me is not good. I paid him 22 50 cash and I'd didn't work for me. He got cash and I got nothing in return . Even my own crown that he glued back is not there any more. Less then 3 weeks. Would I recommend this dentist to anyone? Answer is No!

Here’s a list of reasons on why you should not go here: -He fake choked me when I said I drink a lot of soda ( I tried to laugh it off but It was unsettling) - He talked about politics for no reason - He drilled away my tooth above a crown because he said it “grew” -I went in for a simple filling and I had to pay nearly 400 dollars getting it fixed. He shaved away so much of my healthy enamel my new dentist was shocked. I couldn’t chew on my left side for a month. - I sent an email asking about the pay discrepancies in what my insurance said I owed vs. what he charged and did not get a response. -Every time I came in he was rude to his staff -Dropped a tool on the ground and picked it back up to start working Overall do not go here! I’m beating myself up- I should’ve just paid more to go see a better dentist. I’m going to be paying double fixing the mistakes he made. I do not know how he still has an active and functional license.

I came back in September of 2025 for an emergency root canal and I thought that’s what I got just for me to find out today that there was never a root canal done. I was charged and my insurance was billed for procedure that he need actually did. I still had pain in that same tooth so I went to see another dentist who did x rays and based on my X-rays Dr. Pressling never performed a root canal and now I may loose the tooth all together. He numbed my mouth, drilled in my tooth, scraped the inside (or however the root canal is supposed to work), and prescribed me antibiotics for a procedure he didn’t do. I only started going to Augusta because he was considered the best emergency dentist who would solve the problem right away but now I will never trust that man in my mouth again.

Dr. Pressling saved me 2x during my pregnancy a couple years back. My calcium was being pulled out of me and I had 2 tooth extraction that needed to be out asap. He woke up for me at 7am one day and did the next on for me stat. I was in his chair and numbed an hr into my call. He is very personable and doesn’t scam you into all of these consultations when you’re in pain. I would recommend him to anyone in an emergency situation he will take care of you becuase he cares!

I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Pressling. I had an emergency of my tooth and he was there right away and took care of it. He was amazing and super nice and he did an excellent job and I was really happy for the results. I am planning to come back and take care the rest of my teeth.

I have crazy. I used to have crazy bad toothache. Had one later in the afternoon doctor met me pulled my tooth and took care of me in the middle of the night. Really good Dentist.

The best! Very professional and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and caring.
