I got an awesome service from Erin. She was really kind and friendly. She fixed my glasses within 2 minutes, which I couldn’t do by myself for about an hour. Also, there are many kinds of glasses that I hoped to buy. I will gladly come here again and buy glasses if mine is broken. Thank you so much for your service!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an eye doctor. Dr. Bhatt was super attentive and helpful. She listened to my requests and concerns and took them into account, unlike other eye doctors that have brushed me off in the past. The two women at the front desk were also incredibly helpful. It’s because of them that I have a pair of glasses I actually like! This is the first time this has happened in over 10 years. 10/10 experience!!!

Had a great experience at Big City Optical on Grand Ave. Alannis was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process — from explaining each step clearly to helping us choose the right Ray-Ban frames. She even stayed past closing time (after 7 PM) to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Really appreciated the excellent service!

So grateful I stopped in this place today. Alannis and Alice were very kind and quick to help fix my frames. While waiting, they also informed me about their promotions for a new pair of glasses since I do not have insurance. Thank you Big City Optical !

Experience was so horrible that the doctor applied very strong blue light directly to my eyes without asking me ahead, and their spill fluorescent test dyes on my T shirt. Worst experience ever.

I had a GPC flare up and it was the most difficult eye experience I’ve ever have to deal with to date. Dr. Anslee is an absolute angel. Her ability to be compassionate and caring when I’ve had a hard time with this is unmatched. She has been extremely patient with me as I ask the same questions a million times over and she is very good at strong expectation setting, not sugar coating, and articulating complex concepts into bite size easily manageable points of data for not only myself to understand but for my fiancée to understand as well. She has taken the time to call and check up on my progress, give me long last sustaining tools so I can self regulate my eyes and my healing journey and is everything I could ever want from an eye doctor. I am so grateful to have had her in this eye journey and I cannot recommend enough how valuable she is at Big City Optical and to each and every single patient that comes her way. She is hands down the best eye doctor I’ve ever run into. -Kevin C
