I had a great experience as a new patient today. From the moment I walked in, the office felt warm and authentic—so different from the more corporate, cookie-cutter dental offices you see everywhere now. The decor had a lot of personality, which made the whole environment feel more comfortable and genuine. Dr. Siegel was exactly what you’d hope for in a long-term provider. He has clearly been practicing for decades, and it shows in the best way. He’s straightforward, no-nonsense, and keeps things simple while still being incredibly friendly and personable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients—I even overheard him chatting with someone who’s been seeing him for 20 years, which says a lot. The hygienist was also fantastic—very kind, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated that she explained what she was doing as she worked, which made me feel more at ease. Overall, this felt like a true “family dentist” experience, and I’m really happy to have found this office.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Big Smile Dental makes it a painless experience and Dr. Seigel takes the time to explain things. All of the staff (reception, hygienist) are professional and nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Big Smile Dental!
