As an art technician I have to explain things to clients in a way they would understand. It’s a skill that took time to learn. Dr. Cole effortlessly in the simplest yet very informative and direct terms explained what I need done, how it will be done, and why. He was straight forward, efficient, very helpful in resolving even the insurance issues. His staff said he is an amazing professional who also is an amazing leader and treats them with upmost respect and care. He didn’t waste any time, we didn’t even need to talk before surgery, I had no doubts or worries because I knew he would take care of me the same way I take care of multi million dollar artwork. If, God forbid, I need surgery again he will be the ONLY one I’d call. Thank you very much Dr. Cole and the entire staff at Rush Orthopedics.

The experience with Dr. Cole was unbelievable. You get care, concern, individualized advice and the most professionalism I have seen in a long time. Haven’t seen a doctor take the time with patients like he does. He is what the world needs now in orthopedic medical care. Just a class of his own. I felt valued and important and most of all I trusted him with no question in my mind at all. So much I want my mom to see him. Thank you Dr. Cole. I can move onto to better health and onto pain free movement.

Everything was handled professionally by Dr.Cole and his staff in repairing a full thickness tear of my rotator cuff. Everything was explained in detail throughout the process . The surgery was completed without a hitch and I am confidant I was afforded the best care available. All questions were answered and all my needs have been met as I continue with rehab.

I work with athletic trainers and when it came time to choose a surgeon for shoulder replacement, they all said Dr. Cole. When I needed another shoulder surgery (rotator cuff) I chose Dr. Cole again. Both surgeries went great, I literally had no pain and was back to work the next day after the surgeries. His staff is great and the PT protocol was aggressive and effective.

Dr Cole has a great bed side manner and I felt like I was in the best of hands. My bicep surgery went very well, and I am pleased with the results. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. Very professional staff as well.

I would highly recommend Dr. Cole. Recently went to him with shoulder problems. I found him to be an excellent physician and great guy.

Dr Cole is unbelievable, amazing and the most caring doctor ever. He listens, answers all questions and invites his patients to collaborate on their care. I swear his mind never rests when it comes to developing better ways to treat his patients. There is no better orthopaedic surgeon in the world. His staff from PA’s to admins to surgery coordinators help round out his exceptional team.

Tells you how it is. Offers a few solutions and doesn’t pressure you into surgery. I’ve had the same surgery on my left knee and definitely was not as smooth as Cole. The best in the business. I would go to him for all my ortho needs.
