Extremely disappointed in my care with Dr. Kim. This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I have been so frustrated with this experience that I felt it necessary to share my experience. I have a history of thyroid cancer and had a full thyroidectomy many years ago. Dr. Kim told me I needed to reach out as soon as I was pregnant because of the importance in thyroid function in pregnancy. It took me four days, nine phone calls, and multiple messages to actually reach Dr. Kim. I had to use an old script to go get bloodwork because he was unreachable to write me a script. Once he finally responded, he replied to an old message rather than reading my labs which were faxed over. I had to call again, multiple times, just to get a read on my bloodwork. This patient care is outrageously negligent and irresponsible. Find another doctor with time to care for their patients.
