HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCE The doctors, nurses, and clinical staff are wonderful, which makes this especially disappointing because I would otherwise be leaving a 5-star review. Unfortunately, the finance department has been extremely difficult to work with. I waited 4 months to receive an itemized receipt, and when I finally received it, it was incorrect. The receipt showed that I paid approximately $2,500 less than I actually did. It has now been another 2 months of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve and understand the discrepancy. Given the lack of responsiveness and billing accuracy, it has unfortunately impacted my confidence in the overall administrative side of the practice.
From the moment I walk through the door, Nicole greets me with warmth and kindness. The entire CCRM team has been amazing, especially those I worked with most closely, including Vanessa and my nurse, Alli. Dr. Adeleye is exceptional. She is gentle, compassionate, and always takes the time to make you feel heard and understood. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, which makes a difference during such an emotional journey. I feel that I am truly in the best hands with Dr. Adeleye. The team pays attention to small details and always makes sure I’m comfortable, which goes a long way during fertility treatment. A special thank you to the embryologists for taking such great care of our embryos. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through this process.
Very informative appointment. I felt like all my questions were answered, nothing was rushed, and I feel at ease about the process and next steps.
I had a great experience freezing my eggs with Dr. Wesevich and her team at CCRM! All of the nurses and staff I interacted with throughout the process were so kind, attentive, and helpful. Nurse Alli went above and beyond to help get my meds approved by my insurance company and shipped to me in time. I felt supported and like I had all of the information I needed through every step of the process. The office space is really nice, clean, and I appreciate that they have reserved parking spaces and free parking validation. After my retrieval, I received my itemized receipt in a timely manner, which was a huge relief since I paid out of pocket and have to submit paperwork to be reimbursed by my insurance provider. I highly recommend working with CCRM for your fertility journey!
So far so good. everyone is very good at their jobs and praying to have a positive outcome.
I had a positive experience with this clinic leading up to my egg retrieval procedure. The medical team and doctors were attentive, supportive, and communicative throughout the process. I always felt like my questions were answered, and I appreciated the level of care I received from the clinical staff. Unfortunately, my experience after the procedure has been extremely frustrating. Since my retrieval, working with the finance department has been very difficult. Weeks often go by without responses, and I have had to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic updates. Four months later, I still have not received clear guidance regarding my insurance reimbursement, and the delay is due to internal administrative issues even though I am working with progyny and my insurance who say they are continuing to reach out to the clinic. The financial uncertainty this has created has been stressful and has placed a burden on me that I did not anticipate. At this point, because of the financial impact and the lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to get answers, I feel compelled to share my experience. What has been most disappointing is that once the procedure was completed, it felt like the level of care and responsiveness dropped off significantly. The contrast between the attentive clinical care before the procedure and the lack of follow-through afterward has been discouraging.
Dr. Victoria, nurse Megan and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. You guys are making my fertility journey so much more reassuring and positive than I anticipated. Thank you ladies for all that you do. You are truly appreciated
So many red flags. I was told in my consultation that if blood work and sis was normal, then endometriosis would be the last thing to check for based on my symptoms. Come to find out later on, the doctor doesn’t believe in that research, and doesn’t think it would help with fertility. She basically said sorry, not sorry. This is something major that should have been honest about up front… I was told to come in for my blood work on a Tuesday, as I would be out of town when it started. I asked if we should make it an official appt just in case so appts don’t get taken up. She said no worries, just call when period starts and I’ll get you in. I reached out when my period started, and they said they never said that. Got me in Thursday instead to do blood work and sis together. I also feel like we weren’t given proper info about the semen analysis, but they were able to work that out the next day. I wasn’t given info about parking & ended up parking in the wrong place. The downstairs receptionist of the building was the one to give me the correct info for next time. I know I should have confirmed with them, but this is something they could have communicated themselves before my first appt. I’ve asked for my ultrasound results to be uploaded 3-5 times now, and they just won’t do it for some reason? I’ve been asking for my prescription to be sent in for almost two weeks, and it’s still not done. Communication is a big issue, and I don’t trust them for any further work that will be needed. I’ve felt gaslit a few times, and the overall experience has been negative. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, but I wish I would have gone elsewhere from the beginning.
My husband and I had an extremely bad experience. My husband went in for a semen analysis at the request of my OBGYN; first, they scheduled him on a different day than he requested, which he didn't notice until the week of the appointment after waiting 3 weeks for this appointment. Rescheduling was a nightmare, with their scheduling coordinator ignoring all of his voicemails and not calling back for weeks. They claimed they did call him but I think they were calling the wrong number or not at all. When he finally did go in, they lost his sample and tried to blame us before admitting it was their mistake. They "graciously" didn't make us pay for it. He went in again two weeks ago and they had our insurance wrong and tried incorrectly charging him, despite him sending them a copy of his insurance card. They admitted they had his insurance wrong, got it corrected, but now it's been two weeks and we still have not received the results, if there are even any. I would have loved to use them for our IVF journey since their location is perfect for me but can't risk them losing my eggs too.
Everyone is so kind here. I was blown away after going to many fertility clinics how nice the facility is and how nice everyone is, as well! Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
