Single worst doctor experience I have ever had. Do NOT go see him at Rush. I'm sure Dr. Bush-Joseph is an excellent doctor, but I never even got a chance to see him. The wait room was a circus, then they wanted me to go to another waiting room for my x-ray, when clearly they had overbooked my 10:30am appointment time with maybe a dozen others? After about 45 minutes of waiting simply to get an x-ray (not even see the doctor), I simply left. Horrible experience

Dr. CBJ was fantastic, can’t say enough good things about him. His PA Travis Smith is an excellent right hand man for Dr. CBJ. I’m glad that I chose them for my shoulder surgery. A good sense of humor and communication of what to expect before and after surgery, I was well informed about everything . Thank you Dr. and Travis, for all you did for me.

Dr. Bush Joseph is an excellent orthopedic surgeon he has a great bedside manner he is very honest and his opinions and explains the options and has an excellent support staff I travel from Florida to Chicago to seek his opinion!
