Best dental care I've ever received! I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr Fedin and his wonderful staff for always providing the most professional and caring dental treatment. I’ve been a Dr. Fedin’s patient for over 25 years and even moving to another state didn’t stop me from coming back again and again to receive the most comprehensive diagnosis and dental care! Thank you very much to all for making my smile very beautiful!!!

I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up dropping about $150. The staff was friendly enough, but the whole vibe felt a bit too polished—like they were more about looking fancy than actually making you feel comfortable. Dr. Fedin was professional, but didn’t really connect. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. Not terrible, but I’m not rushing back. Just felt like another corporate dental office trying too hard.

could not agree more their management is appalling! too sad the doctor does not want to accept - maybe that's what he wants ., was brought to his attention- and he was very dismissive . pathetic for medical field too sad he could do better if he maybe cared

I’ve been a patient at Chicago Dental Arts for a few years now, and I can’t say enough good things about the dentists and office staff there! I am always greeted warmly when I walk in by a team that genuinely cares about making my dental experience as positive as possible. Dr. Nikol has gone above and beyond as my dentist. It is remarkable how she takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly and answer all of my questions. Today, I faced a lot of dental anxiety before getting a filling, and Dr. Nikol was so patient and kind with me. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire procedure, which made a world of difference for me. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Arts—and especially Dr. Nikol! They provide outstanding and compassionate dental care.

I had a wonderful experience at Chicago Dental Arts. I went in for a routine cleaning and the staff were extremely professional and kind. My hygienist was very patient, which helped ease my anxiety. It was apparent how knowledgeable and experienced Dr. Fedin is, I would trust him with all my future dental work. I’m so happy I was recommended this practice, I will be returning soon.

Stay away from this dental clinic at all costs. They don't even deserve one star. I have been struggling with issues related to my jaw and jaw muscles since 2021, and have consulted with two dentists and a jaw specialist. Despite trying different nightguards and recommended exercises, my condition has only worsened over time. Recently, I sought out a local dentist who could provide comprehensive care and found Chicago Dental Arts. Unfortunately, my experience at Chicago Dental Arts was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but my encounter with Dr. Fedin was appalling. As I began explaining my situation to the assistant, the doctor walked in and rudely interrupted, "No need to repeat. I heard the beginning." This dismissive attitude was just the beginning. Holding my nightguards and still wearing my mask, I continued explaining my history since 2021. The doctor then put on gloves and, while discussing the treatment, made a snide comment about the cost, implying it might be beyond my means. This was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. When I inquired about treatment options without Botox, trying to understand all possibilities, the doctor abruptly became aggressive. He removed his gloves before even examining me and snapped, "Then go see a neurologist." Confused, I asked why he suggested that, to which he responded dismissively, "I don't know. They might give you alternative treatments or something." Before I could ask any further questions, the doctor angrily stated, "I won't treat you. I won't even consult with you. I don't have time for this," and stormed out of the room, leaving me in shock. The assistant was equally stunned, and I asked, "Am I supposed to pay for this?" After a discussion with the office, I thankfully left without paying. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with Dr. Fedin. His rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to avoid Chicago Dental Arts at all costs. This doctor's conduct was not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful.

Management is awful definitely feel discriminated went for a two day job interview which i agreed only because office manager ella did say I was going to get paid never did I been texting her emailing the billing department email and no response I went two days not working my other dental office job just to come here and expect to get pay if I wasn't going to get paid I would of not done the the job interview called the office and give me same story we sent direct deposit call your bank which I did payment was supposed be in my bank 3 weeks ago they said nothing was ever send or pending ELLA LIED iam a single Hispanic mother feel discriminated will be taking LEGAL actions!!!!
