To anyone who saw the previous review. It was a slight oversight. If I’m being honest a simple schedule mix up isn’t that big of a deal. From the 2 times I’ve been there, the team has been kind. They do good work and are honest about what option will cost more and what will be most beneficial.

My teeth have never felt cleaner. You can’t go wrong with any of the amazing hygienists at Chicago Dental Boutique. The hours are very accommodating and the location is super convenient. Top notch. Great staff! Great service! Simply superb!

I switched from a former dental practice which I was a patient at for years to Chicago Dental Boutique. All the staff I have encountered are caring, friendly and professional. Dr. Atassi is one of the finest dentists I have ever met. When you combine attention to detail and exceptional skill with perfection, you get Dr. Atassi! Each dental chair has massaging features and there is a TV on the ceiling of every room - delivering true comfort! The passion shows at the Chicago Dental Boutique.

I have been a patient at this office since 2022 and have completed multiple procedures here, including fillings, root canals, and extractions. From a clinical standpoint, Dr. Atassi's technical skills are solid, and I did not have concerns about the quality of the dental work itself. However, my experience with Invisalign treatment and overall professional conduct has been deeply disappointing. When I was referred for Invisalign at this office, I was charged $6,000, which is significantly higher than the market average. While pricing can vary, this already raised concerns. More seriously, I was suddenly discharged from the practice without any prior notice. I only found out on the day of my scheduled appointment to renew my retainer, when my appointment was abruptly canceled and I was told not to come in. This was the first time I was informed that I had been discharged. I was told a discharge letter would be sent to me. Five business days have now passed, and I have received nothing -- no letter, no explanation, no documentation. This lack of communication and continuity of care falls far below acceptable professional and ethical standards. As a result, I am now forced to seek assistance directly from Invisalign to be re-referred to another provider just to continue basic post-treatment maintenance. This situation has caused significant emotional distress and disruption, entirely avoidable with proper notice and professionalism.

I strongly encourage prospective patients to think carefully if you are concerned about high billing, lack of transparency, or the risk of being abruptly discharged without notice.
