Terrible first time experience with Dr. Robin L. Ferguson, I will not be seeing her again. This was my time visit with her and will be my last. She had a VERY BAD attitude with me; I could tell the Dr didn’t want to see me and I don’t know why. 🙏🏾 Dr. Robin L. Ferguson asked me some questions over the counter in front of the whole office and questions that I believe you should ask the patient when they’re in back room. And she had a very bad attitude with it. Also, it took such a long time for her assistant to give me the new patient forms to complete, I believe that should have been given when patient first checks in but her assistant was not even there when I checked and she came up to the front a while later….the whole experience was negative. I should have know not to see this Dr because I can call over a month ago for an appointment and left a voicemail but no one ever called me back. I then tried again over a month later and finally they answered the phone… The whole experience was terrible. I will be praying for them 🙏🏾
