Got into a car crash at 4:00 am and did not even receive an x-ray or any medical attention until 8:00 AM. I got brought up to get an x-ray by a lady who could care less that I was in pain standing only to find out they were not ready, brought me back down and did not say another word to me. Had to complain to front desk 4 times before they took action. No one had the right patient information and kept asking me to sign a waiver 3 times. The hospitality industry has more professionalism than this.
