The dental and ortho staff are FANTASTIC. We have never had less than a great experience in the 10+ years my children have been patients with Chicago Smile Specialists. We are big fans. Two visits with our 2 year old. The doctor has been amazing. But Alma and the front desk were also fantastic. They were so helpful when we had issues with our insurance. Could not be happier.

We had such a great experience at this dental office! My son needed treatment that required numbing, and the doctor did an amazing job, he barely felt a thing. The entire process was smooth, and they made him feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mendoza was so kind, patient, and caring, and the dental assistant was just as wonderful. They both took the time to make sure my son felt safe and understood what was happening. Their professionalism and compassion truly stood out.

This dentist office exceeded my expectations! The wait time was short, the waiting room was very kid-friendly with toys and TV, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My 3-year-old autistic son gets very anxious with dental visits and usually will not let anyone near his mouth, but the dental assistant and dentist were so patient, understanding, and took their time with him instead of rushing him. They explained everything thoroughly and made both my son and daughter feel comfortable. Such a positive experience compared to our previous dentist. Highly recommend!
