At this time I would not recommend oak street to a friend. I had covid and was utterly disappointed with oak street handling of it. Also your appointment process is screwed up. I cant leave and make an appt. at desk. You have to wait to get a call two weeks before. Im supposed to come back in feb. Well two weeks before I will have many other specialist appts set up. Total inconvenience to me. I may have to look for new doctor. I will discuss further if someone would like to call me.

I love my Doctor at Oak Street but as far as what it takes to see your doctor or calling is the worst ever I came to get a covid test on 12/7 I was denied a test even tho I'm a patient here so I asked can I get a ZPACK since I can't see my doctor or get a covid-19 test I didn't get either so I left upset so 12/10 I couldn't smell or taste so I went to TCA and fo figure I was positive for covid-19 I had mild symptoms earlier in the week this could've been handled totally different I'm probably not gone to be a patient here any longer what's the point of getting sick and you can't see your doctor for a week or 2 and I still haven't heard from anyone SMGDH

I was on my way to tell my premier doctor that wasn't satisfied. But I had change of heart because I know things happen either your adjust to this problem or keep running place to place. So I think Doctor Luc for having the ear to listen and be understanding. And yes Im there as long as they'll have me. I have health problems and need someone with a ear to hear.

I haven't been to Oak Street, in a very long time! My Doctor is with Advocate Health on Cicero and I couldn't get an appt until January 2022. So I was referred to Oak Street Health! It was Fantastic !! I was attended to right away, saw the Doctor, he let me call my daughter because of her concern for my health, he spoke to her and she was so, grateful that he took the time out to discuss my health with her!! So yes it was a great experience again, at Oak Street!! The staff was very attentive to everyone that came in for an appt., your time is important to the front desk!!

Like most people who have written a review I feel like I was shuffled about. Also was told I will have to pick a medicare supplement insurance. The thing that really got me was I was given a appointment with a Dr. Ashley. I didn't see not a 1 doctor in the place. I was seen by a nurse practitioner which is not what I wanted. I have a appointment for 3 wks. I will be cancelling and not returning.

I Had Such A Disrespectful Time Here ,Very Very Unprofessional Medical Staff 3.50 Hours of Wasteing My Time. Dr. Payne.& Adam Estrada did not doing but wasted my time. I did not even see a Provider. They are discriminated against me for my Age of not being A Senior. There Primary Goal is for older Adults. The Call Center Full of Lier's from Supervisors on Down. Dr.Payne & Adam Estrada Horrible Services, More like NO Service At 87th Kedize.There was Really No one waiting it was dead

I recently had my 1st appointment with Oak Street Health at the Ashburn location with Dr Kyra Payne and I couldn't have been more satisfied! From the moment I sceduled the appointment, picked up at home, my arrival at the clinic and my exam by Dr Payne and being dropped off at home I felt like a celebrity! Each and every staff member was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating ensuring that my experience was enjoyable. I'm sure I've made a match in Heaven for my healthcare. I love💟 my Doctor!
