1 out of 5 stars Patients are great and have great trust in the hands on staff staff members. RN (Former Employee) - Chicago, IL - April 12, 2023 Privately owned dialysis company. Management are the owners of this private dialysis company. Only goal is increased profits for owners. Staff is forced to provide best care for patients with minimal supplies and absolutely no management support. When patients feel forced to complain to owners regarding unsafe staffing, no nursing coverage, lack of supplies, unclean surroundings to include blood left on dialysis machines, bugs, promises from management ring hollow. Pros Lots of overtime. Cons RN and Technician coverage lacking. I used Zocdoc to schedule an appointment with a doctor who was affiliated with Circle Medical. First, once inputting all my insurance info into the Circle Medical app, the "continue" button wouldn't highlight to be able to select it even though all info was filled in properly. I used messages within the app to try to contact them regarding the issue. I was then charged for the appointment instead of it going to insurance first or only paying a copay. I messaged the company for two weeks with only two generic automated responses. I then emailed the Circle Medical directly with no response. Now I'm having to submit into to my insurance company to be reimbursed. Also, according to Zocdoc this doctor is in network, but the app says they're out of network. No communication from this company whatsoever! I will never use this company again! Disgraceful!

Awesome family environment. wife just started dialysis here today and it was overwhelming how kind and caring the entire staff and all of the patient advocates were. Maria is the best!! My wife is blessed to have these wonderful people in her life!
