Had an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction on a Monday that I took time off work for and made childcare arrangements for, only to be told on the Friday before that had to cancel the appointment.Dr. Simon the owner came in on his day off to make the appointment time work. Very impressive customer care.

City Smiles is a wonderful neighborhood dentist that I'd recommend to anyone! I've been going for years and started my kids for their first appointments at age 3 ... they are great with kids and it is so nice to have the whole family in one practice.

Brought my son who is nervous about getting cleanings done to this office. Very welcoming, patient, and understanding. As soon as you enter you’re greeted & welcomed by the front desk! Fast forward, my son needed a break here and there and the hygienist (Damaris) didn’t pressure him to continue, she would pause and give him a small break. They worked together to get through his cleaning. Dr rotkvich, a funny and gentle doctor! If you’re looking for a dentist office this place is it!

Great staff, all of them, on time, still following covid rules. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place. Update, visited 7/12/23. Still 5 star review. No complaints. Very clean, on time, staff gets along well, painless, explain what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Dr. Patel and her assistant were incredible. I had a badly infected tooth that was very painful and they handled it with the utmost professionalism and patience that one could ask for. I have a small mouth and a low threshold for pain and even though it took awhile cuz of my limitations, they got the tooth out and im on my way to recovery. Thank you so much, best dental experience I’ve ever had.

My recent visit to City Smiles was excellent.I had switched Dentists after 20 years with the same Dentist.Everyone at the office was welcoming. Very professional staff.All covid precautions were taken and taken seriously.My hygienist did an excellent job!I highly recommend this City Smiles location on Irving Park road in Chicago.Note the location is very close to the Irving Park Blue line and the Metra.
