They have no idea what an appointment is. Thuggish looking rude receptionist blasting loud latin dance music on phone at reception when I was trying to talk to other receptionist. Refused to turn it off. Go somewhere else.

The receptionist was so nice and had so much patience with me since it was my first time , Dr Alyssa Daugherty was so helpful and kind as well !

The staff at Clear Immediate Care are Awesome, I've seen NICOLE WOODWARD, PA-C a few times and she's very attentive and clear with what she believes will help with your health issue.

NP Marteen Barni is one of, if not THE best provider I’ve ever seen. She was so patient, thorough, and understanding. Although I am a new patient, I felt like practitioner Barni listened to me better than any of PCP I’ve ever had. She asked a lot of questions and didn’t ever rush me through my answers. I was dealing with a blood clot, which can be a bit scary, but practitioner Barni made me feel at ease and well-cared for. She had excellent bedside manner and was also really good at explaining things to me in simple terms. I can’t say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff at CLEAR. Will absolutely be back for any urgent care needs and may consider switching my PCP.

AVOID!!!!!!! Clear Immediate Rip Off!!! I went out of my way to visit this office. Paid there fees met with a physician's assistant answered a ton of questions. And then they never got back to me. Completely ignored me. Apparently they have no intention of treating me. No follow-up! No diagnosis! No treatment! Nada!! They may be fraudulent! I intend to report them. I don't think they ever intended to help me

Everyone one was very professional and polite. My appointment was confirmed right away and I was seen upon arrival. We proficient.

The front desk employees were fantastic. I was asked to sit in the waiting area for labwork. I heard someone yelling my name from an area not visible to me. I finally got up and looked down a hallway and the phlebotomist was standing in the lab doorway calling my name instead of coming to the waiting area.

Providers were helpful. However I went in for a general sick visit, and they told me I'd only need to pay my copay for the visit...2 weeks later they send me a $160 bill on top of that....which they never informed me about. $160 on top of the copay which is about $200 for a sick checkup is crazy.

I booked through Zocdoc so that was probably my first mistake but why be affiliated if it’s going to be an issue. I came here to see a primary care physician since mine was not available today. They are also an immediate care center. I made an appointment for 12:30pm and they call me at 7:20am to confirm. Since I did not answer their phonecall at 7am they cancelled my appointment. Mind you around 8am I confirm through zoc doc, uploaded all required documents, created a patient portal, made sure everything was confirmed ON THE PATIENT PORTAL. I was prepared for my visit. I travel for work during the week and just got back last night after a 5 hour drive so I sleep in on weekends. I did not hear their phone call and because of that, they cancelled my appt. I arrived 10 min early too and there was barely anyone in there but the receptionist stated I couldn’t be seen until 1:30pm since I didn’t answer the phone they gave my spot away. I said fine w.e. Didn’t argue. I go to wait in my car since I found a spot directly in front of the clinic. I check my portal again and it still says 12;30pm for my appt. They wait until after my appt time passes to reschedule me for 2pm!! Almost making it seem like I was late to my appt which I was not and lied to me about the 1:30p spot. Since they are also an immediate care center I believe they prioritize walk in’s and the receptionist gave my spot away. It was also rescheduled with the NP, not the doctor I booked with. I did not feel like arguing or pleading my case so they could honor my appointment time. Just went to be seen elsewhere. Kind of shady. Dont recommend and a waste of time.
