Great Doctor Terrible staff.

This review is not really about the doctor, she was great actually. Her staff is TRASH! As rep that used to call on the office and patient they are rude and flat out disrespectful. If you don’t believe me just Google this office reviews and you will see. I apparently when into collections for $80 which I called in 3x’s to pay btw before it got to this point. First time reception said was going to run payment and call back never did. I get a call and message left again I called office was closed or they weren’t answering after following up on this payment. Called today for my follow up and Cida (Not sure how you spell) told me I was dropped from the office because of $80 I tried to pay! Btw I requested to settle this today as well. What patient that has no intentions of paying call to pay?! We are still in a pandemic and many people aren’t even working, so if this is how patients are treated I’m happy to move on.

Crazy thing is I referred 5 new patients to her office and I’ll be reaching out to them and taking them with me to Dr. Donna Stockton’s office where the staff is friendly and knows US as patients help keep their lights on and pay their receptionist salaries. Moral of the story good Dr shitty staff I don’t believe in paying for crap service anywhere I don’t care how good you are.

Someone help me understand what just happened....... daughter has an appt, received a call from office to confirm appt, was told daughter would be the only 1 allowed in. I stated I wanted to speak with Dr.Honore because the procedure that had been done didn't work as we were told. I'll let her (Dr.)know. Get a call back canceling my daughter's appt & was told take her to your primary physician. Why should I have to take her to see another doctor for a follow up on a procedure that she performed.(Dr.) I stated that my daughter can see her alone & put me on speaker to communicate. It took sometime to get the appt. She still refused to see her & canceled. What happened in that conversation to become unprofessional / lack of understanding for my concerns of my daughter, who pays for this visit make you not hear my words & cancel. At a lost..........

My first visit was great! I am looking forward to seeing the results of my treatment.

My daughter face was a direct reflection of the nightmares of puberty. Dr. Honore made her feel better about this phase of life but most importantly gave her the proper medication & cleaning regiment to control the bumps. We had visited 3 doctors prior to seeing her. All were unsuccessful in controlling the bumps. Thanks Dr. Honore for helping my 12 year old feel better about herself. Her face looks AMAZING.

Do not go to this doctor (Dr. Collette Honore). I should have checked her ratings first! Horrible service, she wrote me a prescription to "pre-treat" for what she thought I had. I had to proactively reach out to obtain my results and schedule a biopsy. So again I proactively ask if I should use the medicine that she had prescribed in error as I had already purchased it. She clearly misdiagnosed me and under her direction, her receptionist said that I could try to take it back to the pharmacy and IF they would not I could bring it with and the doctor would take it and sell it (so I would get my money back that way). BUT I guess all calls are not recorded for quality assurance purposes. (Dr. Collette Honore) and her staff backtracked on what I was told, and out of the mouth (Dr. Collette Honore). 1. Said I was hostile (hmmm maybe because she and her staff are horrible and liers?, maybe because I spent a lot of money for nothing ???) 2. Delivered my diagnosis over the phone and said she would send my results to my Primary doctor and he can assist me! What I can say I believe everything happens for a reason and clearly I was not meant to put my HEALTH in HER HANDS! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

I have been going to Dr. Honore for almost 4 years now. She is funny, she puts you at ease and she tells you like it is. She is thorough and explains your treatment and likes follow up or feedback to make sure the patient is getting better. I have recommended her to everyone and even take my daughter to her. Because she is so wonderful, it is hard to get an appointment within a 2 week period, wish we could clone her so we could spread her expertise around a lot more.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Honore today and it was by far a very wonderful experience. Her experience and attention to detail were outstanding, and she is also very funny, with a warm sense of humor. Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She is the Best! Very nice, personable, smart and is very knowledgable!
