It was busy. Waiting a while but it wasn't too bad. I advise to come to concentra early on a weekday. Weekends are busy. Areli and Dave were great and about the business. They get patients in and out quick.🙂

Extremely frustrating experience at this location. I had an appointment for respirator fit-test at this location. The front desk staff was neither attentive nor they knew what was needed for this test to be performed. They asked for some OSHA questionnaire to be filled out, which turns out wasn’t even needed. Had to reschedule for another day and changed to another Concentra location. The most frustrating part was the lack of work ethic and misinformation. The lady was busy gossiping about the new flavor of coffee she got that morning to her coworker and wasn’t even efficient at her job. I’ll make sure I’m skipping this location at all cost next time.

Arrived for my employment physical and was greeted with a smile. Check in was a breeze and waited 20 minutes to be seen. Clean environment, great customer service. Thanks for a great experience!

Customer service experience. I needed to get TB test done from CPS. I went 1030 W Chicago Illinois and did test. There was two tests and was waiting for their call if my X-ray results is ready. I didn't receive any call or email for two days and called at customer service. First time ever I found person name H LESHA in customer services who provided me my all results on phone and by email.she is so nice, caring person.she stayed with me until I confirmed that I received my results. She is one of the best employee in concentra care center at 1030 W Chicago Illinois. Thank you so much H LESHA.
