With all the negative reviews, I almost passed on this location. Feeling very sick and desperate, I decided to take my chances. Honestly it was a great experience from the check-in to the nurses to the interaction with the doctor. Wait time was very reasonable. Would definitely go back if needed.
I'm surprised reading negative comments as I had a wonderful experience. All staff have been extremely nice I wish I can remember the names of all the ladies that assisted me. Yea it was a 2 hour wait but the job that sent me here warned me it will take time prior, as well as the front desk when I arrived. People get so mad about the wait then complain their visit was rushed. Pick one or the other people, can't have it all. From all the pre-employment clinics I've been sent to for past jobs, this place has been the best. Keep it up!
Over the weekend, I visited Concentra for a personal issue I was having that seemed not to be getting any better and I received amazing service. Wait times were reasonable for an Immediate care center and the front staff was friendly. Xavier was the nurse who assisted me in the back. He was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He handled my case in a very professional manner. He helped make me feel at ease and listened to everything I had to say. After the visit with the Dr, he explained my after care in depth and answered every question I had. The Dr and nurse made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility.
Was REALLy in need of urgent care after a kitchen mishap, and was greeted warmly and professionally. The staff was calm and extremely helpful in what I thought could have been a very harrowing situation. The doctor was knowledgeable and actually LISTENED to me. A really great experience!
I really don't want to talk about how I ended up here but I will tell you for a walk-in patient this place rocked! My wife had already diagnosed my problem...she studied medicine at Web MD...only problem is she can't write prescriptions. Where is that website? We have a printer it's not an issue on our part. Back to Concentra, I filled out 3 forms and said no to insurance. A basic walk in is $119, not bad at all. After handing in the forms, we waited 10 minutes and saw a nurse who did all the vitals before the Doctor showed up. The Doctor seemed a little taken back that we had diagnosed my condition at home and were ready for prescriptions. It was a little funny. He took his time but agreed with us (reluctantly)!!! Our final bill ended up to be $253 but I had the option. The Nurse said bill would be $245 if I got a shot too. So at least they warned me. I did hear they made a mistake and I should have paid $400 but they are honorable and they worked it out. I was happy to only pay $8 over what they said. Also a return visit within two weeks is only $45. That is a great feature, but I have not used it yet. This place was fast, efficient and cheap. I have not been in and out of a medical facility so fast in my life. I would highly recommend you check out Concentra if an emergency arrives. Oh yeah the drugs are working and we are on the road to good health...thanks to my "I play a Doctor on the Web Wife!" But she really should be able to write prescriptions though and life would be perfect!!!
I recently broke my finger- in 2 places. Snapped the bone in half like a twig and crushed part of the bone as well. As my surgeon said- the bone is pulverized. He also said when he first saw it he thought I was going to lose the finger altogether. So the day I broke it Walgreens pharmacy referred me here. And I sure am glad they did. First off, the place is clean. I was in an urgent care facility once in college with a bad eye infection and that place was so awful and dirty. This was clean and tidy. Everyone working here was kind and compassionate and helpful. They had me in an exam room within 10 minutes, and had me seated getting x-rays within 15 minutes. They gave me a tetanus shot and sent me home with x-rays and even recommended a hand surgeon as they could tell from the x-ray that the thing was badly broken. I actually had a great experience, given the circumstances and I'd absolutely return- though I pray I never have to!! Plus- it's faster and cleaner than the ER! And I appreciated their follow up phone call a week or so later- just checking to make sure I did take their advice by going to a hand surgeon as my poor finger was in bad condition!
I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at Concentra following an injury. It is clean, friendly, and professional. I got x-rays and stitches after only 20 minute wait. I was never left alone for one second and was thoroughly evaluated; expertly, respectfully, and compassionately treated. It is odd what others are saying about insurance. I showed them my insurance card, I TOLD THEM that I had not yet met my deductible, but they said no problem, they would bill me appropriately if I had a balance due after they submitted the claim first to my insurance. Same story at my follow up visit (which was only a 5 minute wait). This sure beats going to the E.R. in every way (including free parking in the back!)
I went here for an injury and was in and out in abotu 40 minutes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The company I worked for now uses them exclusively for our occupational helath needs. Highly recommended for occupational health and they are now offering urgent care appointments as well.
Workers of Concentra very friendly all the time.
Doctor was very thorough. Nurse was extremely helpful, answering my questions

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
