I wish I could give zero stars. You’re better off not going to a doctor at all. Honestly. Also- prepare to wait 3 hours for a scheduled appointment only to walk out and never see a doctor at all. Absolute trash.

So sad that they should be working professional but they are not actually,They don’t care or put attention to costumers I bring my daughter there because is near me but everyone I go they don’t have record about my daughter and i have been there looking for help and they never does help me

Doctors and nurses are nice, but some people working in the reception area are the worst. They are so rude, unprofessional, and Inhuman treatment. To those who have read my experience with Austin Health Center, it’s not just vandalism it’s all true. Your experience in this health center can be good because of the bad feedback they learned to change their patient's dealings.

Convenient location, courteous staff, very clean. My PCP is very thorough, he takes time to listen to all my concerns and addresses them toy satisfaction.I am truly grateful for Austin Clinic & Staff. They're the BEST

The psych department here is a joke. If you have real mental issues do not go here. I have been a patient here for over a year and during a real episode happened to me as a result of her dropping my medication because she doesn't want to prescribe control substances even though I met her through a treatment program. I had a break down as a result and am forced to check in a mental institution and I have an 11 year old child in my care. Dr.Sonali Kumari has a terrible bed side manner and does not listen to her patients. I called her cuz I had a break down as a result of her changing my medication and she never called me back. I'm am now forced to check inpatient because she refuses to respond. The psych department should be shut down.

This place is horrific. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message no one returns the call. My mother had a phone appointment and the doctor never got to her. If you want any health service this is not the place.
