He is the best dentist and always reassuring and kind, I love having him as my dentist. The receptionist is quite loud and a bit brash, but we only deal with her for a little, as most of the visit is being in the dentist chair, so it's totally fine

He is a wonderful dentist but he doesn't see the way his receptionist ruins the visit - as the first and last person you have to deal with. His receptionist SUSAN is terrible to deal with. She is extremely brash, rude, loud and ignorant. There is no privacy when you talk to her as she says something so all the people around will hear. On the phone ... disgusting, she just cuts you off and hangs up.

I have never met a more rude receptionist(Susan) in my life. She has a chip on her shoulder and must be of some kind of relation to the dentist. Have a feeling this practice will no longer be and they are in their retirement stages as they don't seem to really care anymore.

I had the displeasure of speaking to Dr. Buchanan's Receptionists/wife today, I am shaken as to how rude she is. I hear Dr. Buchanan is lovely, but he needs to keep his wife at home.

Called the office four times over a week, the staff wouldn't call back. Had a reaction to the medicine that he prescribed but he refused to change it saying the reaction must have been caused by something else.

My dentist for 35 years I have now moved to another province, so I can no longer see him. Best dentist ever ,for me.

Dr. Buchanan was my dentist when I was in elementary and I now travel from the city so he be my daughter's as well. The staff and clinic are great.
