Lymph node transplant (self donor) & 2 micro bypasses on arm with lymphedema post bilateral mastectomy & bilateral dissection (8 years with lymphedema). My arm, hand, fingers & left side of torso was 3 x normal size. Within the 1st year post procedure arm was 80% to normal size. I stopped wearing custom day & night compression garments for lymphedema at the 1 year out post procedure. At 2 years out 100% normal size. At 6 years out 100% normal size. Positive life changing experience.

I traveled over 700 miles for a procedure LVB. It's been a month and so far the results have been better than I ever thought possible. Dr. Chang and his staff were absolutely professional and accommodating.

For God’s sake don’t do it ! He doesn’t care! I have lived with the results of his surgery, and if the University of Chicago really cared they would not promote him! My life was bad post cancer surgery, but I didn’t know how bad it could get till I let him cut me!!!!

I had knee replacements done on both knees that Dr. Chang did. Dr. Chang did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to others that need a knee replacement. He had an excellent bed side manner, was very patient with me, answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chang, he is one of the best.

Excellent results with minimum pain in one knee and no pain in the other. Highly recommended.

I had a knee replacement from Dr. Chang in May, 2016 and it became infected early on. Despite concerns expressed by other medical professionals and myself, he initially refused to believe it was infected and later refused to believe that the infection had spread to the joint. I eventually consulted another doctor on my own who needed to do 3 additional surgeries requiring 25 days in the hospital to correct Dr. Chang's mistakes. My skin is still sensitive and my knee has limited function.

Failed to properly diagnose and treat my infection after knee replacement surgery, even though other medical professionals and myself expressed concern. He would not consult with another doctor, even though I asked. I finally consulted another doctor on my own and discovered Knee was infected to the joint, requiring 3 additional surgeries to cure and repair knee as well as could be done at late date. Friendly, but unwilling to believe he could be wrong.

2 knees & 1 shoulder > perfect every time. Life got so much better after surgery.

No trouble after, six years and going. Good surgeries. Excellent pain management. Like his sense of humor, confidence and professionalism. Would--and do--recommend. DO YOUR THERAPY!
