Dental Town-Lawrence's Online Review Report Card

The whole staff was very friendly and professional. My appointment went very smooth, they did X-rays and a cleaning in no time.

For over 7 years I had been a patient of Dr Ehab Gandoor at Dental Town's Belmont Ave office. He is an excellent practitioner, whom I couldn't praise high enough for the excellent work in all the years he was treating me. Sadly, the same cannot be said of a Belmont office of Dental Town. (Norma ?? not sure of title / name). In November 2025 I visited the location to make an appointment. Norma disregarded my written insurance confirmation, stating she could not find it in "her system". She tried to raise her "insurance contact" on the phone, to no avail. I left without an appointment. She promised she'll call me but never did. On February 11, 2026 I called to see if the issue was resolved, as I received another insurance confirmation in the mail. To my surprise, I was told in a very aggresive and inappropriate tone, that I'm being "terminated" at your clinic and she felt slighted or some such, back in November, when I was waiting for 30 minutes for her to finish her searches. Later I received an unsigned, and astonishing in its insolence letter. Norma, an office worker, "informs" me that "DENTAL TOWN BELMONT is withdrawing from your further professional care immediately". I wrote a registered letter to the owner of Dental Town, Dr Sinan Razzak, DDS. I described the situation. I requested that at the very least I'd be forwarded with dr Gandoor' contact information, so I can continue seeing him. The letter was sent in mid-April. To date (5-20) I have not received any answer. Today I tried to contact Dr Gandoor by phone at the Dental Town location. I was refused and hang up on. Because of that I cannot contact my doctor !!

Went in and wasn't expecting much, just to receive another appointment date to get these teeth pulled. They pulled the teeth giving me issues right then and there! If you need something done immediately and efficiently come here. It was a little painful but 5/5.

Dental town has gone down in quality over the last years! Did they get bought out what what happened? 30-60 minute wait times AFTER your scheduled appointment time is unacceptable. Also, had the same filling placed TWICE in a four month period and both came out in less than 30 days, meanwhile I have fillings in my teeth from Bush 2 first term.

The doctor is good kind well knowledgeable

i was very scared as i haven't been to a dentist in a long time, much longer than i’d like to admit. i am beyond grateful to find somewhere as welcoming as this office. everyone was extremely nice and understanding of my nervousness. i felt 0 judgement. from receptionists to the dr, everyone was very friendly and thorough with explaining what i needed to get done and the costs. grateful for and satisfied with my appointment!

We had a great experience at my son’s dental visit. The office was very clean, the staff was quick and organized, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr. Ghandour was friendly, calm, and professional as always. Every visit has been a good experience, and we really appreciate the care they provide.❤️

Dentist will tell you medication you take causes gum inflamation when it does not and not tell you you are developing gingivitis, does not seem to express any urgency in connective dissue degeneration, and misses clearly visible cavities in x-ray imaging
