The practice is clean & very well designed, both the hygienist, Jingjie, and the dentist, Dr. Nguyen, that I saw were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with respect. The front desk staff was amazing as well. So many friendly faces! I liked that I could fill out my new patient paperwork ahead of my visit as well. My entire appointment flowed seamlessly. Never had that experience as a brand new patient. Overall, my experience here was amazing from check in to check out. I’m glad I chose to come here for my dental needs

Assistant and reception were great. Dentist left my gums bruised and feeling worse than before. Felt like I was just a number cause they were overbooked or understaffed.

I am 99% positive they are having students/trainees working on you without telling you. These people feel like they have zero experience, it’s so bad it’s almost comedically. If they are students I’ll give them a pass but if that’s the case you need to tell people. Because this has happened to me twice in the past year with dentologie. This is not okay we should not be paying a premium for really the worse possible dental assistances (whoever cleans and prepares your teeth those are the ones who are awful). They kept dropping things in my mouth like it was a place to just store things, it got to the point they dropped my crown on me over a dozen times I thought I was being pranked. While being a patient at Dentologie My lip was cut with something sharp while they were working on my teeth, my lip was like rug burned from floss, they kept knocking things into my teeth which is horrific, got lock jaw for the first time… if you are scared of the dentist please never come here. Honestly think these dentist must just not be paid enough to care.

I was afraid and nervous about returning to a dentist after so long. However to my satisfaction I was greeted gracefully and respectfully. Both Dr. Song and Mel were professional and polite and made sure I understood my new dental plan.

They are veeeery poor in communication. They scheduled me for deep cleaning without letting me know that they charge twice for each side. It looks like they do business with you. Do not recommend them at all!

had an excellent experience with Dr. and his assistant. They were both professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The dentist explained everything clearly, and the assistant was attentive and caring throughout the visit. Their teamwork and genuine concern for patients truly stood out. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
