Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Front desk explains insurance coverage very thoroughly and makes sure you understand options without having to ask. Which is refreshing. Every dentist and dental assistant I had is great.

The communication was excellent from start to finish. The staff explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable during the visit. Everyone was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire appointment.

As someone with a complicated dental history the staff seemed very nonjudgmental and overall very friendly and ready to help.

Worst service, only beauty queens unprofessional judgemental. They don't have any skills dentist at west loop kept sending me to outside service to places impossible to get appointments , she never finished my veneer. She dismissed me, said she could not help me, and she kept $596 she made me pay upfront. Thieves no

Okay I usually hate going to the dentist, but April today made me feel safe and ready for my next appointment. She was super gentle and attentive, and Erica was also great on checking in on me and my teeth - very educational and helpful. I've been a client at Dentologie for over 2 years, and they've been pretty great to me so far. It's also nice because they have several different offices. If you're someone who doesnt have dental insurance provided to you through work, Dentologie has their own insurance (which I pay for)!

It should say something that the only positive comments pertain to the facility and how cordial the staff is. I’ve had them arbited… they, (according to people in their profession) take advantage by recommending invasive procedures that are likely not necessary.

Once again another 10 star visit to Dentologie! April was great and made the deep cleaning a breeze! Mariah was also great with a speedy check out and answered all my questions with grace. I cannot stress how great this location is! Grateful for the West Loop Dentologie Team!

Dr. Hopkins is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I genuinely look forward to every appointment!

First, Roberto showed great hospitality and they were attentive to my needs. I enjoyed having Roberto work on my teeth. My teeth feel so clean and nice. Second, I had Dr. Hopkins for the first time. And I was shocked that she checked my lymph nodes. I liked how well she educated me and I’d like to have her again. Ms. Fatena really helped me out with a billing situation that was stressing me out. She remembered my name, remembered that I paid in full, and took care of it behind the scenes. She went out of her way for me and I appreciate her so much. Give her 10 kudos for me! I will be coming back to the west loop location.

Who says “I love my dentist!”? I reconnected with Deisi, office manager at West Loop, but knew her at the South Loop office previously. She has been my ANGEL providing assistance, compassion and understanding, again not typical terms you think when describing dental services. Knowing her opens doors to helping me view Dentologie as family. I stepped into the West Loop office on Monday and it was so welcoming with Deisi. It was like I was glad to be back, different office but same warm vibe. This also extends to the professional service provided. Dr. Dong Song has a comfortable manner and easily communicated my options in envisioning different treatments. The care went well and was relatively painless, a major plus at a dentist office. I am returning soon to continue a treatment plan with full confidence in his care.
