Dr. Emily Rubenstein has amazing bed side manner and was the first dermatologist to help me get my scalp breakouts under control. She always try’s to help with any coupon or discounts she can provide for the products you need. Both times I was seen at or close to my appointment time.

She did a full body cancer screening in a professional manner and gave advice about sun screen. Friendly and you get the feeling that she’s on your side. Very pleased with her and her assistant

Y’all really should put your patients on your payroll for how much grunt work your front desk staff passes off that they THEY should be handling Trying to navigate a referral for this practice was an absolute nightmare. My primary care physician sent over a referral to your practice, and I then had to play phone tag for hours on the day of the appointment to make sure it was actually received. It, of course, wasn’t. So I go back and forth with your receptionist. I ask her if she’s received the referral, and she flat out tells me no. (She didn’t even ask my name or date of birth before saying this.) She proceeds tells me I need to be the one to reach out to my PCP for the fax. Did she provide me the fax number before getting off the phone? Of course not. Then what I show up to the appointment that day, a different receptionist informs me they don’t see the referral. Upon me asking them to check again, they magically find it. Do you people not write things down? What a horrible patient experience. Hire better help.

The team handling payment and billing for Dermatology + Aesthetics is horrifying. I received two identical bills for a single visit. I'd vouch for a better experience elsewhere if possible to avoid a future payment mess.

I like my Doctor Ankita Patel. She was my doctor at sweetest government hospital when I first started going to dermatology. She knows her stuff and I trust her.
