First visit and my first impression is this office is phenomenal. I saw Dr Clinton and she was very thorough and so understanding of my fears. I was extremely nervous and Dr Clinton relaxed my anxiety effortlessly. The entire staff was friendly and great at their tasks. I got multiple procedures done and everyone that I came in contact with was amazing. This office runs like a well oiled machine. I loved my previous office but the location was no longer convenient for me, I am confident that this referral was exactly what I needed! If you are interested in a one stop shop dental care team that's knowledgeable and efficient, Downtown Dental River North should be on your list!

Came to Downtown Dental River North after having not so great experiences around the city. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Dr. Priscilla Clinton Adams is awesome and has answered every question I’ve had. Can’t recommend them more!

I had a great experience with downtown dental. From Dina at the front desk being super friendly and polite to Ayda being helpful and Dr. Clinton being professional, thorough, and amazing at what she does. I had no pain or any issues and very little discomfort during my procedure.

DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I could recommend this office because it is in such a convenient location, but they are poor communicators and scammers. I booked a dental cleaning appointment on ZocDoc as a new patient. I just wanted a cleaning. If they needed records, I offered to send them over from my old practice. They declined, and then proceeded to tell me they ran my insurance, and so I want a free/new set of X-rays. I said ok, as long as there was time to still do the cleaning. They said ok. Pretty physically uncomfortable X-ray experience. The doctor does the exam, and then says, I recommend a cleaning! I said that’s what I’m here for….they said, if you want to get one today, you’ll need to wait 1-2 hours until a hygienist is available. I was livid, as I had to go back to work. I then receive a bill for $98.50 for….guess what! The X-rays I never asked for that they promised would be 100% covered. Then wouldn’t stop calling me to pay. I talked to customer service and told them what happened and there’s “nothing they can do”. Just save yourself the time, headache & hassle and go somewhere else.
