I have been seeing Dr. Garretson for 6+ years and she is fantastic. She is extremely thorough and walks you through every step of the exam. While she has become very popular because of her clinical capabilities and exceptional bedside manner it is harder to get an "annual" appointment. I would suggest scheduling future appointments as you leave your current appointment.

Dr. Garretson has been my dermatologist for a few years now. I go to her for mole checks and a few other skin-related issues. I feel like she does a very thorough job and always takes the time to answer my questions. Mole checks can sometimes cause me some anxiety, but I always leave my appointments feeling at ease and well taken care of. Everyone I've interacted at with at the office has also been very sweet and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr.Garretson for over 10 years now. She is the most thorough, compassionate, educated, and kind doctor I have ever seen. She found my malignant melanoma early which saved my life. She is always quick to respond to questions sent via the patient portal and has even taken the time to call me to review results and questions. I highly recommend her.

I recently had a visit with Dr Garretson and was charged to the full amount for things that were not part of my visit along with multiple prescriptions that were not need or explained to me. I have tried to reconcile with billing and spoke to pricing and escalated billing as well. This was a waste of time and to save you a waste of your time and energy I recommend not visiting with this Dr moving forward. She will over-charge and if your insurance doesn't cover you are left high and dry.

I used to recommend Dr. Garretson to many people due to her being very thorough in her exams. However, in the last year and a half it has become impossible to schedule appointments with her. You have to schedule 3-6 months out and you have no flexibility in times or dates. Furthermore, it is nearly impossible to get her or her nurse on the phone regarding things like test results, and the front desk staff are not helpful at all. I would no longer recommend her to anyone.
