Horrible experience the front desk ladies so rude .. To help you answer a simple question, they tell you that you have to wait. I waited a couple of hours to tell me to come another day because they have to see patients who have appointments. Why don't you first ask what do I need? And give me the info but don't let me wait another 2 hours. It is the worst care system that exists.

jorge prieto and his organization is a fantastic community doctor and center that works with you to go through the maze of the health care system i highly recommend it

Wait time is long. Make the appointment there, it takes forever but you won't be able to do it through the phone. If you call expect to be on the phone minimum an hour and multiple tries before they answer.

This clinic is known for its bad apples. But it has good Drs. The wait time is long but drs spend more than 20-40 min with a patient. Ive seen bad customer service there but its not always like that

Boy para 2 semanas esperando, sin insulina, y no se han podido comunicar conmigo, yo hable a la linea de enfermeras y una de ellas me prometio regresarme la llamada ese mismo dia con respuesta de la doctora y ya pasaron 3 dias mas no se que aces estoy preocupado y sin medicamento si alguien me pudiera alludar, a donde puedo llamar para exigir mes derechos.

When calling to make an apt the lady was so rude! I don't have insurance and I usually just qualify for their county care. Anytime I have called to make an apt they have given it to me and then I would just meet with the financial department to sort out my county care. She was just so rude and not helpful at all. I proceed to ask can I just get my appointment. She's like 'No ma'am" I have never heard of a place not ever not seeing someone because of no health insurance. Ridiculous. I had to hang up while she was still talking, I was so upset.

Mal servicio y a cada rrato te cambian de doctor. Si tienes ese problema busca ala gerente fue lo que yo y se. Y si no ve al hospital y pon tu queja es todavía mejor suerte ✌🏼

therapist never called me back. on 2 different occasions. for both i was in a really bad place and needed to talk to her. what a great way to build trust with your patients that need to trust you in order to make any kind of progress in their recovery! 🙄 one time, i understand bc ppl are busy and might miss things. but twice? i will be looking into another therapist. having an unreliable one/having one at an unreliable clinic will only make my mental health worse.additionally, only once in my 4-5 months of going to this clinic, they have only called me back to make an appointment with me once. every time an appointment with a doctor or therapist ends, they tell me a receptionist will call me to schedule another appointment. only ONCE did that happen. i have to call early in the morning 9-11am to schedule the appointment myself. if you call any other time theyre probably “busy.”yeah dont go to this clinic unless you have no other choice. im stuck with it for now.
