On my visit yesterday, I was unsatisfied with my customer service. As I was under informed and overcharged for my visit. I wasn’t given the change to explain, i thought in customer service you hear out your customers?

Dr huang was able to help assist me and my mom with our eye exams. It was quick and efficient. Very friendly. Great thing was that he was able to answer all my concerns and my moms about our eye sights. The ladies upfront were also very straightforward with insurance and pricing. Overall super great experience!

Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They were very patient with my questions and requests for price comparisons on the various contact lenses. They were also upfront about the costs of the exam, unlike the last eye clinic I went to.

I've been coming here for the last few years. I had an annual eye exam with Dr. Huang yesterday - he was professional, personable, and answered all my questions. The staff was helpful and efficient. Good experience, and I'll continue coming here.

Naturally it's frustrating when you're trying to get the prescription perfect especially when there is multiple distances of vision that need to be corrected and the want to use contacts and while I'm not there yet I greatly appreciate all of the effort and Dr. Paik is putting forth to get my prescription / contacts perfect and I have no doubt we'll do that Thank you I'm looking forward to my upcoming appointment for now A+for effort
