The following review is not a a reflection, or criticism, of the medical personnel. The Drs, nurses, techs, front office staff, I've consulted with, received treatment from, are excellent, caring, professionals. Duly is a business first and foremost, and not a well run business, for its customers. The communication, between specialists is, at best, poor, the communication, contact, is through a central " booking office". Getting follow up appointments, on serious medical issues,; heart bypass surgery, etc. is a nightmare. Appointments that are critical, and should be scheduled with-in days, or a few weeks, are often only available months out. Medications, prescribed, often duplicated, because, the communication between specialist is poor, Dully's business model, i believe, is potentially dangerous, to a patients health. I came here to see Dr. Ng in November for a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. The entire staff was really friendly and had great bedside manners. They were able to ease my nerves as it's my first time ever getting these procedures. The team sent me all the instructions I needed prior to the procedure to help me prepare. The only downside to this experience is that they couldn't find my vein for a while, and there was no other option but to give anesthesia through IV. Some facilities have backup options like laughing gas. They ultimately found it, just in time for my procedure. The entire procedure took about an hour, I woke up pretty quickly, and I was also surprised how quickly they were able to get my results. They had images of the findings for me. The only thing that took a couple of days was biopsy. I'd totally come back to this facility in the future, and I'd recommend Dr. Ng and her team to anyone in the area looking for all things gastroenterology related.

Stay away. Saw NP and she gave a speech, could not interrupt her. Gave me a dietician to speak to, no other details. Was a company that calls you 2-3 times a week. She also gave me an appetite suppressant horse pill on top of my Monjauro shot. Said exercise, log weight and food. See you next month. Made me 6 months of appointments. Felt like I was an object, not human. Never went back.

After dupage medical was bought out by a corporation they have become a sick joke. You not only stay on hold for hours you rarely can access people when you need help. It's an absolute nightmare to deal with. Corporations are ruining health care and unfortunately it's the patient who suffers. It's too bad as many providers do care but it's so difficult to access them you almost have to just suffer and hope they call you back.

I saw Janie Dihn and was highly disappointed. She judged me and was very passive, didn't consider my feelings or lifestyle. Will not be returning!

Beware! The door is NOT near the sign for dmg! You must enter in center door in building and take elevator to floor 2. First time here I walked around building near sign for dmg-no doors!-and had to ask directions for proper entrance. Great experience with medical care. Staff polite and helpful.

Watch your bills, they are good at sneaking in surgical assistants that are not in your insurance network without your knowledge or consent, and you don't find out until it's too late.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. B since she was born and we just ADORE him :)
