Money hungry. They intentionally over book you and when you are unable to make it due to travel issues and you explain your situation, they will still charge you $75. Also, they did not know how to properly use anaesthesia and I felt the entire cavity filling procedure. They also told me insurance would cover the whole thing, but I still had to pay $300. If you are going to make money off of people, you should at least be able to be a proper dentist.

Money hungry and poor quality of care. I went in for an annual visit and was told I needed a cavity filled. At the filling, they did not do the anesthesia correctly and I felt the whole thing. Prior to the cavity appointment, I was told my insurance would cover the filling. After an excruciating procedure, I had to pay $300. They told me insurance would cover another cleaning, so I scheduled one for the week after Thanksgiving. That weekend, the office was closed for the holiday. That Sunday, there was a snowstorm and my flight was cancelled and I couldn't make it to my appointment on Monday. When they called, I explained my situation. They said I could reschedule it to the next day, but I was unable to reschedule to the next day. They charged me $75 (they say they might charge it if you have an unexcused missed appointment). I will never go back to this place and neither should you. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I had a small chip in my tooth from the weekend and was able to see Dr Djukic the next day. Flawless composite bond to fix me up in under 20 minutes!!. Thank you so much. and Jocelyn is back - always a pleasure to see her smiling face!!!

Just went in today for xrays and a cleaning. Everyone was very nice and the office worked like a well-oiled machine. I'm just about to leave my current job next week and want to get the most out of my insurance so Jocelyn helped me out greatly with that and has made what could be a stressful transition into something manageable and probably saved me from some significant tears. Huge thank you to her for working with me on that!
