Came into the office as a walk-in due to an emergency abscess that formed due to a previous dental procedure I received a few weeks prior. They were able to get me in right away during regular business hours. Nisha was Great. She explained everything to me in detail including all my options. She drained my abscess and I came back 1-2 weeks later to have my root canal done. Again my experience under her care was excellent. She os awesome. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience! I had to get my left wisdom teeth pulled, Dr. Patel talked me through the entire situation as well as made me feel extremely comfortable.

I was initially quoted one place at the front desk then another totally higher price at the assessment. As a result , I refused the work. The front desk lady was polite. The head doctor was also polite.

The office is modernized, the staff are very professional and courteous, the quality of care is outstanding. This is the best dental office I have ever experienced in my life.

I have been going to this clinic for years! Pragma has been my hygenist. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She always works to accomodate me as I now live a couple hours away but feel the service and the state of the art equipment is worth it!

Update: Dropping one star as I was charged for some random X-ray image and not letting me know my insurance was not in-network after job change. ———- Best dental centre I've been to, and I've unfortunately been to several before East Village Dental Centre and I always had recurring issues or feeling like I had to worry more about being pushed to do more and more things. Everyone is here friendly and professional. Dr. Kowalczyk is the real deal, I highly recommend him as I've now gotten several small and big dental work done by him and at the end of each procedure, feeling assured.

I had a dental emergency and East Village was able to get me in within two days. Everyone was incredibly nice, and their equipment is state-of-the-art. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
