Fantastic experience! I definitely have a fear of dentistry, but Collin Brant made me forget that. Although I needed a tooth removed and a bone graph done, I felt super comfortable and safe. It was clear he is an expert in his field! Bonus: they make their crowns there and put them on the same day your dental work is done. No need for two appointments, no messing with temporary caps! YAY!

As usual, service was prompt and gentle! Explanations were given for the each diagnosis and procedure. I feel comfortable in their care. ❤️‍🩹

Some issues occurred, all good. I have requested to return to your regular hygienist as i have had 3 different hygienists since Alfredo left….too many. Been a long standing patient, my dentist choice.

I had been a patient for nearly 20 years with few complaints, but recently, the quality of service has gone so downhill that I will never go back. In the last few months, I've had multiple issues with billing and scheduling, including having a 90 min delay for my appointment since my insurance wasn't run properly. On top of that, I had multiple issues with follow up billing. When I went to cancel an appointment, I had to call several times since it wasn't getting cancelled appropriately. An overall unprofessional experience.

I've been a long time patient of EVDC, but unfortunately I've had a number of customer service issues lately and would no longer recommend them.

I would not recommend getting Invisalign at this office. They don’t specialize in cosmetic dentistry, and it didn’t seem like Invisalign is something they truly focus on. The billing process was messy and not clearly explained. Months after a root canal procedure, I received random bills that were never discussed beforehand. Patient service was also disappointing. There was a lack of professionalism from the staff and poor responsiveness from the office. I asked to speak with the office manager about the billing, but my call was never returned.

Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically called the office to ask if they accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Their staff told me that they do, which is the only reason I decided to come to this clinic. During the visit I had an X-ray and a filling, and I paid $250 at the office. About two months later I received another bill for $255!!! After contacting my insurance company, I discovered that this clinic is actually out-of-network. This was never explained to me before the visit. Trying to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating. I called the billing department and was told they would contact the clinic and call me back by a specific date. No one ever called me back. When I followed up later, the staff even claimed that I had never called before to try to resolve the issue, which was not true. My advice stay away from this place
