Kristine Warnes is cold, rude and lacks empathy to the highest degree...or that's how her front desk representative staff Ashley represented her to me as she cancelled my appointment. If you want a cold, dismissive and rude APN like Kristine Warnes boy is this the place for you. Looked forward to an appointment for 6 months just to get cancelled on. I originally scheduled my appointment in June for a November video new patient appointment. I rescheduled this appointment via my chart when i saw there was an opening early October. Monday night I get strep and a fever, was put on antibiotics and fever free for 2 days before my Wednesday morning appointment. The only notification I received from endeavor was 15 minutes before my appointment that day. It said "Are you here yet"? Panic overcomes me and I frantically call the office as it is 8:05am and my appointment is at 8:20am. I know I can't make it but I contacted the office as soon as I realized my appointment that was originally video was rescheduled to in person. I talk to Ashley at the Naperville office font desk. Informed her that I mistakenly thought this appointment was video instead of in person and only received a reminder for it 15 minutes before. I explained I had been sick earlier this week and did not notice. Ashley says she will tell Kristine Warnes my situation and ask if she will do a video visit. Ashley comes back with "Since you've been sick since Monday you should have called to reschedule or request video sooner" and that "Kristine Warnes said no". Me being sick was not the issue I described to Ashley. I was able to come in person as I have been fever free and on antibiotics for days. My issue was this appointment was made months ago and rescheduled and I believed it to be a video visit by an honest mistake. I only mentioned being sick to convey that I was not on top of my game and made a mistake. From the response I received from Ashley, it appeared to me what she told Kristine Warnes was incorrect meaning I was not hear or listened to by the staff member that's supposed to advocate for patients to providers. And if that isn't the case then Kristine Warnes doesn't give a care in the world if you've waited 6 months, made a mistake and never received any reminders besides the 15 minutes before the appointment. Supervisor Catherine was able to somewhat help the situation but did not acknowledge any wrong doing, typical health care. I would love to speak to Martha the Center Manager as this was an awful way to be treated and spoken to after months of anticipation and excitement to PAY MONEY to seek a healthier life. My best guess is that I will not hear from Martha the Manager.
I recently had an appointment canceled because I missed a call to confirm it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed that confirmation was required, and now the next available appointment is nearly six months away. While I understand the need for confirmation, I believe there could be a better way to ensure patients are aware of this process. My advice: if you’re fortunate enough to get an appointment here, be sure to keep an eye on your phone as they won’t call you a second time. Missing that one call could lead to a long wait for the next available slot.
I had an appt schedule for June. At the time of scheduling my appt I noticed that the next appointment was nearly 4 months out. I went on and took it, which was the june appt. I received a call today, and they stated that they have to cancel my appt. And offered a appt in September. This is ridiculous, I won't be going to this clinic at all. And if I scheduled with just any doctor the next available would be in August. I now understand why their ratings are so low!
Can never get a hold of the nurse station or doctor when calling with a question about medication. Left 4 messages over the period of a week. Didn’t receive a call back or my chart message to confirm receipt of message or even a ‘checking with doctor and will get back to you’. Finally called appt line and was told it can take 4-5 days for them to respond. Obviously patient care and communication is not a priority. It’s all about quantity over quality. Do not recommend.
I have been working with Anne Marie Fetter, PA and she has been wonderfully supportive and helpful!
Terrible experience with this clinic and providers. I had an appointment scheduled with them for August, and was told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled, but that the only availability for a new patient was for three months out (in October). Today, I was called and told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled -again- due to a change in the provider’s schedule and that the soonest availability was for another three months. That’s 6 months later than my initial appointment due to circumstances outside of my control! They offered to put me on the wait list for any cancelled appointments, but I don’t work in the area and won’t be able to drop everything with a day’s notice. I totally understand that providers need to have allowances for changes in their personal lives and schedules, but to push me more than 6 months past my initial appointment date is beyond the pale. Schedule with this clinic at your own risk - there’s no guarantee you’ll ever be allowed to see a provider.
Kristine Warnes, APN, is EXCEPTIONAL!!! She's proud of me & VERY encouraging!!! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!!
suite202 for health: I didn’t have a good experience here at all. I went to get a shot which takes a minute or two maximum. I waited 30-40 minutes while they kept taking patients who came after me. It was truly so rude to take patients who had come in long after me. I was the only one who waiting for almost an hour while others who came in after me left before me. While I kept asking, they kept telling me someone would come for me while the staff continued to ignore my presence. It was a complete disrespect of me and my time. Not happy at all.
First 4 months had no problems with prescriptions that they wanted me to take. After that insurance needed to verify with doctor for prescription to get filled and they said they could not do that. I tried myself to work between insurance, pharmacy and doctor office and found the only one that was hard to work with was the doctor office that seemed to be too busy to bother. Canceled my next appointment and called it quits. Not worth the hour drive when nobody seems to care.
I cannot get a hold of anyone here. I have been calling since early last week twice-three times a day after being referred by my endocrinologist. Really frustrating that they do not have a reliable phone system.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
