Incredible doctor and generous with time, information, and deep listening to patient issues. She also liaised with my oncologist when I was being diagnosed with breast cancer. I also appreciate her holistic approach to general health which she often pairs with allopathic interventions. I recommended her to several colleagues who also love her.

I called to set up appt, never received a call back. Called back late in the day and was met with a bristly receptionist asking me if I was a patient, I replied I was not and had been recommended by a friend. I was cut off and told she is not accepting new patients, immediately followed by a demand to know what sort of insurance I have. Dumbfounded by her rude rebuttal and brusqueness, I asked why she was asking about my insurance if Dr Wallner wasn't accepting new patients...She snapped back that they 'only take PPO'. I said I had PPO but again, was confused why she was asking if Dr Wallner wasn't accepting new patients. I was told she was a PRIVATE PHYSICIAN - which I found confusing, I'm a PRIVATE PERSON - what does that even mean?? I let her know the website with her info said otherwise, that she was accepting new patients - to which she responded 'well that's wrong'... I have no doubt if a small percentage of Dr Wallner's rave reviews are true, she would be mortified to know the treatment a potential patient received at the hands of a surly, rude receptionist who seemed to imply I wasn't good enough even though I am fortunate enough to have great insurance. What a complete turn off - I will be spreading the word.

I've been seeing Dr. Wallner for many years. She is a kind and knowledgeable physician. She is open for helping with any concerns you have and will write referrals when needed. Love her calm, friendly demeanor.
