Nurse Elizabeth gave me a consultation today for Radiesse and explained everything to me before agreeing. She was very detailed. And once she began the work which, was pain-free I could not believe the beautiful artistry and youthfulness she gave me. I feel amazing with my natural look!!! I highly highly recommend her and the spa.We did radiesse a couple syringe and i couldbt be happier! And she speaks fluent Spanish and English.

I had a really disappointing experience at Ellehomme (Streeterville location) and would not return. My bad experience started before even walking through the door. I looked at their hours of operation both on Yelp and on their website, which showed that they were open Monday-Saturday. When I called to make the appointment, the woman said they were only open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and "some" Saturdays. I don't have a ton of experience getting facials, but in the past when I've gotten facials, the esthetician either has you fill out paperwork or talks to you to gather information about your skin type, current routine, or goals for the facial. They also explain what they're doing throughout the facial. None of that happened at Ellehomme. I booked a "signature facial" expecting a customized, professional service, but there was absolutely no consultation or communication throughout the entire appointment. I sat in the empty waiting room (no receptionist or anything) for about 10 minutes. When my esthetician arrived, she somehow managed to bring me back to a room, hand me a towel to change into, and start applying products to my face without saying a single word to me (not even a hello!). I was very confused why there was absolutely no conversation before she just started putting products on my face, so I asked what kind of facial I would be receiving and what products/treatments she would be putting on my face. She proceeded to speak to me entirely in Spanish. Not even broken English. Spanish. After multiple attempts trying to understand what she was saying, she grabbed someone else to translate for her. Even then, there was minimal effort to understand my needs or explain the process. Not knowing what is being put on your face is uncomfortable and nerve-wrecking and not what I would expect from a professional skincare service. The experience was subpar and not relaxing at all. It started with her putting something that resembled a paper towel over my face while applying steam for about 60 seconds total (wouldn't putting something over my face while steaming it prevent my pores from opening?). Midway through the facial, she abruptly sprayed my face with cold water without any forewarning. She also applied what appeared to be a pre-packaged sheet mask similar to ones I've purchased from Amazon, which did not feel like a high-quality or customized treatment. There were also hygiene concerns. At one point, the esthetician was wearing gloves, then left me to sit with the red light therapy. When she returned to finish the facial, she was not wearing gloves and began touching my face again without washing her hands (at least not in front of me), which made me uneasy. Overall, this did not feel like a quality or professional experience. A facial should feel relaxing, customized, and informative, and this was neither. I would not recommend this location.

I couldn’t recommend Elizabeth enough. My lips look AMAZING. not to mention what an AWESOME person she is. We talked for hours and could have talked for many more. Been going here for years but now I will only be getting my lips and any future procedures done with her. Yall this is THE spot and THE girl here in Chicago!!!
