They were able to get me in early today, a Sunday. I needed an extraction and graft. I was home by 10am. Very professional and kind staff. Facility was spotless yet inviting.

We were able to book a same-day appointment for my dad who was experiencing tooth pain. The doctor was able to extract my dad’s infected tooth in no time, we were in and out of there in under an hour! Great service and glad they were available when we needed them.

This is a small storefront practice that was open on a holiday Sunday, which was a lifesaver for someone with a severe toothache. The staff of two dentists, one hygienist, and a receptionist were all friendly, helpful, and efficiently competent. The dentist, Dr. Jay Lee, patiently answered all the many questions I peppered him with. The $79 for the exam and a series of x-rays was a bargain for someone like me, with no dental insurance. These folks are making a positive difference in the community.

They don't take insurance even though they ask for all the dental info. Ask about fees before you get there. Definitely a little bait and switch. When I arrived they asked if I knew about specific fees. My thing is how would I be aware if they never told me. Very disorganized. Waiting room has people standing and no communication

I had a wedding to attend out of state on a holiday weekend and, while on the drive there, my crown popped clean off, causing an uncomfortable and embarrassing dilemma. I turned the car around right after making an early Saturday morning appointment with Emergency Dentist of Chicago. I live in the area and knew they would be the best bet for a solution, even if it wasn't permanent! I was seen and assessed quickly, given a few different options, and opted for a temporary seal to get my teeth in working order (and myself back on the road!) Dr. Mohs and Dr. Lee both saw me and walked me through the re-adhesion, what I'll need to do in the future to make that tooth more sturdy, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better outcome, knowing that options were limited on such a short timeframe and on a long weekend. The front desk staff (I didn't get their names, unfortunately) were so accommodating and friendly, even though I learned later that they had just implemented a new patient management portal (which had to be so stressful with how busy that place gets!) I'm so thankful they were available, and feel a great peace of mind knowing they are just around the corner for any future dental emergencies...though I hope I don't need to pay them too many visits ;)

Lovely people, compassionate & quick treatment. Very very comfortable experience all around! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like the dentist. Easy breezy time!!

As someone who has suffered from dental anxiety, the time I spent at Emergency Dentist of Chicago was actually a completely restorative experience. First of all emergencies are emergencies because they never occur when we are expecting them. One of my bad teeth dislodged and needed to be removed but the reality was 4 of my bottom teeth needed to be removed as well. Jiji was my first introduction to this business. She was kind, patient, and encouraging through my entire process from start to finish. It was actually difficult to even think about my poor situation while she was taking care of me. The dentist on site who did my procedure was communicative and kind the entire time he was extracting. I was relaxed and reassured the whole time. I never thought in 100 years I’d be taking the time to write a positive review after losing four of my teeth. But the experience was REALLY that positive. The entire team did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable and pain free. I’m so impressed. If you are experiencing an oral emergency, I can’t recommend this team enough. They know what they’re doing and they will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve in your time of need!

I went to this clinic with my sister she was having pain n I would definitely recommend this place to everyone by far this is the best dental clinic I have been to the stafff n doc r so nice n kind n very professional especially Gigi she was very helpful n nice with me n my sister n they really took good care of her n now she’s feeling better then ever n i will b making it my regular doc so im would definitely recommend everyone to go to this place

Came in with some of the worst tooth pain I’ve ever had and they got me in quick. Dr. Lee checked everything thoroughly and was straight up with me about what was going on. What I respected the most is that they didn’t try to rush into doing something just to charge me. My tooth was in rough shape and holding a bridge, so they told me it was better handled by an endodontist and referred me out. They also got me on the right meds so I could actually manage the pain until I see the specialist. That honesty goes a long way. If you need an emergency dentist who actually looks out for you, this is the place.

Walked in on a Sunday needing to have a cracked wisdom tooth removed. Everything was explained immediately and clearly. If you don’t have dental insurance, like me, no problem. They have payment plans. The doctor was up front about my particular situation. He extracted my tooth and I was pain free during the whole process. Everyone was helpful and caring. The price is quite reasonable, especially considering expert care on a Sunday- as a walk in. I’m grateful for places like this!
