I’ve been trying for several months just to get my first appointment with Dr. Caitlin Lassus, and they never have availability. I once called because I was having chest pains and was worried I might be having a cardiac episode, and they wouldn’t even see me. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible place with absurd wait times! Prepare to wait 30 minutes -1 hour to speak to someone. Took a month to get my refferal. Do not go here trust me!

Mi familia y yo somos pacientes por largo tiempo de las clinicas Erie pero ultimamente e tenido malas esperiencias el dia de hoy mas de 40 minutos esperando para la vacuna de el flu,y pacientes que llegaron despues de mi los atendieron primero a eso se refieren cuando dicen que para eso no se necesita cita?Y cuando te dan cita tardan de igual manera para atenderte ,me a tocado esperar largos periodo de tiempo para que la doctora atienda amis hijas,a pero llegas tarde unos minutos y ya no te quieren atender!!La enfermera argumento que en el escritorio de enfrente no le notificaron ,que clase de sistema tienen?
