Erie Humboldt Park Health Center's Online Review Report Card

The staff here are very unorganized. I was surprised to see some wrong information in my online portal chart, for example, it says I am 5 feet tall when I am 5'7! I called to let them know my chart was inaccurate and they told me they couldn't change it and I would have to make another appointment.  Moreover, the residents will keep you waiting for hours while they go back and forth to talk to their supervising doctors on what to do next. I was there for 2.5 hours and finally when the resident's supervising doctor did come in she (Mandy Gittler) was rude and condescending. She didn't want to hear all my symptoms and she questioned why I was telling her my family history. After I left, the doctor actually had the nerve to write "she left angrily" in my portal online chart. Umm I was in a good mood when I came in, if I seemed upset when I was leaving its because I was mistreated by Mandy Gittler.  I would never recommend this place to anyone. They will use your portal chart to write bad things about you which is juvenile...that is not a doctor I want to ever see again.

Very accepting of different people whenever the were from, finance or culture wise. Small but very helpful pharmacy.

2 horrible things about this place 1. To make an appointment you have to wait 40 minutes !! Secondly, medical assistants are always rush you and are rude to you no matter the reason !!! Health care is stressful I get it but you know what you’re getting yourself into by going into the field !! Don’t just be rude to everyone because you’re stressed!!They wanted me to basically go without a prenatal appointment at 35 weeks pregnant, when I asked if I could go to another location and if she could check if they all had openings, the girl on the phone gave me such a bad attitude and blamed on the fact they are short, we are all short staffed somewhere that’s no excuse for the attitude !! They need better training.

If you’ve got 4 hours to kill and enjoy spending time in waiting rooms while being lied to and never actually seen, this is the place for you.My wife showed up at 11:30 for her 11:45 ultrasound appointment - something that should take 20-30 minutes. She was told the doctor was running late and he would be there in 45 minutes. Every 30-45 minutes the next 4 hours she was told he would be another 45 minutes late. Finally at 3:45 she asked if he was actually coming. The woman at reception said “oh, he called about a half hour ago and cancelled the appointment.” The staff couldn’t even be bothered to find my wife in the waiting room to tell her they’d just wasted 4 hours of her time. They just let her sit there knowing the appointment that was already 3.5 hours late was now cancelled. Thankfully the staff was rude the entire time which really helped round out the day she spent at the Erie Humbolt Park Health Clinic.

They wait time is very low even with the convid-19 going on. Very professional staff.

Every time I call I have to wait an hour or more . It's frustrating ! Due to covid ? That's why they are busy ? That's just an excuse already ! I call more than 5 times to see if they answer and still nothing . Once I had to call them three day straight just to get an answer . I'm just trying to make an appointment this place is horrific when it comes to calls !

This clinic gets worse each year!

They are so unorganized. You have to call multiple times about the same exact thing. Now they're canceling appointments without notifying the patient. They need someone to get involved and add structure!!

I love this location. I always feel well taken care of.

Si pudiese dar media estrella la daria en estos dias de covid las normas de esta clinica me paresieron muy poco profecionales lleve a mi bb porke en casa ya no tenia idea de que aser tiene tos con flema y calentura pues como no tenia cita ni atendernos quisieron es mas ni tenernos adentro me sacaron a esperar por respuesta como papa creo que muchos me entenderan en fin ...
