Erie Teen And Young Adult Health Center's Online Review Report Card

DOCTORS AND NURSES GREAT.Now...... the front desk. I always have an easy entrance and experience but today Oct,16th, friday 10:20. No goodmorning rude she was on the phone with a friend, told her I came from the other clinic had no regard for what I said. I patiently sat in the waiting are whilst she continued to yap on the phone carelessly. Very unproffesional.

They are always late with their appointments and the one day am late they refuse to see me. I was only 10 minutes late but it end up being 20 minutes because I had to wait in line for 10 minutes before someone was able to help me. I don’t think I should be responsible for them not seeing me because they took forever at the front desk. I already drove an hour to get here and because of this incident I am looking for another office. I will never have to deal with this again.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They will take their time to help you with everything and if you need an urgent appointment they will squeeze you in. I'm always in and out within 30 minutes. I love it!

I LOOOVVE mary kay and the whole teen center staff they truly love their people and job. They go above and beyond like no other Erie or clinic. They always get back to you and it used to be easier to contact them with a direct number but even though their is an automated system. I LOVE they have an 24 hour hotline so someone is always available to help you if you or child gets sick or hurt in the middle of the night so you don't waste a trip to the ER if not needed.

I love it here. Seriously, this is the best doctor's office I've ever been too (ironically enough, not even a doctors office). I've been coming here for about two years now and I have nothing but positive things! I usually jump around with physicians, so it's rare I see the same doctor more than once. I can honestly say I've never had a doctor that hasn't gone out of their way to help me! I didn't really realize I had depression until I spoke to one. And man was that a doozy. She was completely helpful and openly discussed the matter with me and even referred me to a therapist! I feel so much lighter because of that.And the main reason I started going to begin with, birth control, has always been consistent. I never have to worry about calling to schedule an appointment to get one, because one of the doctors I saw approved automatic referrals! LIFE SAVER. Literally lol. I'm with the teen center until I turn 24, but luckily, the regular Erie center is in the same building! Super convenient! Every single person I've come in contact with here goes out of their way to help their patients-and that includes the call center. Idk if the people on the phone are physicians as well, cause they are so knowledgeable and sweet! Oh plus they can transfer you to on-call nurses! I mean, my insurance covers all this and I'm astounded at the fantastic service. Thanks so much to everyone that works there! You all are fantastic!
