Unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 10:40 got here and they told me they canceled my appointment with out telling me because they schedule me wrong??? I live 40 minutes away and came all the way over here for nothing and they didn’t bother to call me and tell me that over the phone?? Waste of time.

This is BY FAR THE WORST CLINIC EVER ! They are very inconsistent. Make you wait weeks for a appointment just to get the appointment and they CANCEL day of and don’t even reschedule you with another doctor . You could never get through to them on the phone to even make a appointment you have to make it while at the clinic which is ridiculous! The staff don’t comprehend well , they have social workers who call to coordinate with you but never let the doctor know anything because they are working from home . If you are planning to go here don’t save yourself the headache.

Waste of my time getting my daughter vaccinated here if they weren’t going to follow the rules at this location, because now my daughters school won’t take her card and I can’t bring her back to school. They scheduled the vaccines two weeks apart and I asked are you sure it isn’t supposed to be two weeks and the person seemed to get as that I questioned them and said because my child is 11 that it doesn’t have to be 3 weeks out and now it turns out they messed up at this location in West town. I can’t go over there because there’s so parking

My family and I’ve been under the care of this people for the past 16 years. Nice/Clean place But COVID came to turned them a little lazy, this past year it’s been so awful to make a phone call, because they make me wait 45 minutes just to make an appointment. It’s unbelievable how they don’t care of loosing patients! 🙄

Not this location but all of ERIE HEALTH CENTERS are terrible! It's impossible to get through to them on the phone and to get an appointment for prenatal care. Worse clinic ever. They will literally have you on hold for hours and NEVER give you a call back within 24hrs like they claim. It sucks nowhere else is taking new patients or accepts certain insurance because your literally stuck with Erie.
