great service, friendly staff, qucik appointments!
Great doctor, great staff!
Very friendly staff who offered various solutions to our particular circumstances. Convenient location. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time but never felt rushed. Overall great experience.
Dr. Asano and her team are wonderful! Dr. Asano is very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation during the exam. Her team is friendly and efficient -- I was out and on my way within 45 mins and never felt rushed. It was my first time in the office for an appointment and will without a doubt be returning for my annual exam next year.
Everyone here was super nice and helpful. The doctor was very informative and spoke non-stop explaining anything I could want to know. She had clearly read through all the information I entered in the forms ahead of the appointment, which doctors don't normally do in my experience! At the end of the appt, another person patiently went line by line explaining any charges and made sure to apply the insurance benefits I wasn't even aware of. He also helped me pick some frames that suited me. I felt the appt was very thorough and reasonably priced. I will go back there. It was a much better experience than when I went to a common chain store (Pearle Vision).
I have a high prescription, dry eyes, and migraines with aura (which have been increasing in frequency with the new prescription glasses I got here.) I work a remote job that requires me to sit at a computer all day, and have been getting headaches. My job doesn't allow the use of personal equipment for work, so I called to ask if the doctor would consider submitting a letter to support my medical need for a different monitor. Jason took great amusement in letting me know he didn't think she would, but he would ask and have her call me. Instead, I got a short email. Of course you refused to help. You can't make money from me on it. Zero stars.
Amazing doctor and staff. The doctor really listened to my concerns and corrected a bad prescription that I had received from another doctor. On top of that, they gave me a discount to help cover the charge of updating my lenses that were made under this misdiagnosed prescription, even though it was because of another doctor’s error. Cannot recommend enough.
Great establishment. Dr is very knowledgeable. Thorough. Staff is very professional and exceptionally helpful. Now that I’ve found Eyes on Fulton, I’ll never use another optometrist.
Dr. Kaori Asano is very thorough and knowledgeable. The whole staff is extremely friendly, too. Always a pleasant experience!
The doctor and staff were immensely helpful and patient with the eye appt and glasses. I’m autistic and I sometimes struggle with stuff around my eyes and they were immensely helpful in helping fit a frame and helping me navigate things out. Highly recommend this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
