Muy buen doctor,además respetuoso y amable,siempre al pendiente de sus pacientes

Probably one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to in recent memory. The medical staff there are relatively nice but Dr. Mendez himself is incredibly rude and brash with his patients. I went in for a sickness, I was misdiagnosed with a throat infection which kept me out of work for about a week straight. When I went back to the clinic for a follow up Dr. Mendez treated me as if I was taking the medicine incorrectly and judged my clothing of all things, claiming I wasn’t taking care of myself and insisted that I kept taking the medicine and that is could possibly be COVID. (I took a COVID test before my first visit and it came up negative, I took a second One after this second visit and again, negative) he didn’t even bother to re-diagnose me. If you can save yourself the trouble of wasting your time, money, and dignity, do NOT go to this doctor. If I could give this guy a 0/5 stars I would.

I should’ve warned by all negative reviews to choose him to be my PCP. It was a joke. If you choose or wanted to choose him to be your PCP. I wish you luck and please think about it three times at least before you make the decision. Very rude. They were right. He only want your money. If you want to see for two problems at one visit? No way! You have to make two different appointments and run twice. If you want to see him for a problem and get a quick regular blood test check afterwards? Nope! Make another appointment! You can’t save time here because they only want your money. And if this is their only problem I would probably still stick with them.The doctor seem careless for anything. No smile ever. While your visit, he’s the only one who speaks. As a patient you can’t speak much or he seems annoying. As a new patient he didn’t even care about my health history. First visit was done in 5 minutes. What worse was the receptionist. Very rude. Called for a medicine that I forgot to mention to the doctor while my visit. Two days past by no response at all. Called again and was yelled by the reception( guy). Told me the doctor was too busy to read notes (really? Two days and no time at all to read a note?) and then I asked if there is a time range that the doctor reviews all messages so someone could call me. “NOPE! If you want you could come in the office now and talk to the doctor!” That’s what he told me!!!! I was really mad. But he didn’t care at all anyways. Few weeks past by and yet I still have not received any response from them. I don’t think I ever will. And I am going to change him anyway. No need the hustle.I hope any of you if you are having him or going to choose him as your PCP, read this message and make a right decision. I am totally regretted.

Yo he tenido la oportunidad de ir 2 veces con el Doctor Ezequiel y la verdad fue acertado con sus medicamentos que me administro, no he tenido ninguna mala experiencia para calificarlo como un médico sin crédito. Al igual el personal de recepción me han tratado modestamente, sin embargo todos tenemos derecho de expresar nuestras experiencias en las visitas que hemos tenido. Muy agradecido yo con usted doctor, es de mi total Confianza.

Worst person to be your doctor, very mean and only wants money. Extremely mean to patients and doesn’t want to work and the worst attitude in the world. I would give it 0 starts but it doesn’t let me. Do not recommend at all go anywhere else

Simply put, their customer service is non-existent. There is never a smile from the front desk and I have experienced being left on hold on the phone for ten minutes just so I could know if a walk-in was possible that day.If, you as a patient, requires a visit to the doctor to be welcoming and kindly greeted --that is not the case here. However, if you don't care about friendly service, they do accept walk-ins --which is nice. As far as the doctor's diagnostic ability goes, it's passable but could be better (basing it of my family's experience.)If you decide to go, just be warned, they can be rude and sometimes act condescending. Also, the staff is always new which leads you to question why nobody stays.Good luck finding a doctor that works for your needs!

When I lived in Chicago Dr. Ezequiel mendez was my physician he was also my sons pediatrician I have no complaints against him or the clinic when I called the receptioist was always helpful and sometimes would put Dr Mendez on line to me and my family he was the best Doctor I ever had I just miss not having him as my Doctor now since I moved 🙋‍♀️ but one day I will stop to say hello! Thank you Dr Mendez for all you did for me and my family may God continue blessing you !

Has been my doctor for man than 20 years he has always been a big help

I use to work for this doctor and it was great if him to give me the experience i needed, but i had to quit. I got a work injury and i stuck myself without a needle i had called MY BOSS aka him. To look at my bleeding finger. Point of the story is he didn’t care left the building and also never gave me worker’s compensation or helped me pay my hospital bill. So yes he does only care about your money and he doesn’t diagnose you the way he should, he also charges for every blood work you do...! I’m putting my experience out in the open to let you guys know that you as patients deserve better ! Good luck finding a good doctor because you will it’s just not Dr Mendez

Buenas tardes honestamente no es de mi total agrado el caracter del doctor, pero eso no impide aceptar que es un buen doctor y yo realmente las veces que tuve la necesidad de sus servicios siempre fueron exitosos gracias a Dios, aunque no tiene tan buen humor!
