I'm giving them one star because they charged extra for some services that felt a little weird to get charged for, like registering me in their system. Even though I had insurance, I still paid the same as if I didn't have any. And to top it off, they gave me the wrong measurements for my glasses. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

A weird eatablishment and system that does not accept walk ins nor offer them to schedule an appointment when somebody comes at their door step.

I had such a wonderful experience at the family eye physicians . From the moment I walked in the girls were very welcoming, and very professional. Dr.Carroll took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and well organized, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I left feeling confident about my eye health and excited about my new prescription. I highly recommend Dr.Carroll to anyone looking for a caring and attentive eye doctor!
