this company is only out there to make cash. each turn of the road there is a new undisclosed payment. they give a few initial costs then bury the rest of the costs until time of payment. even with insurance that we had that was good. cost break down with blue cross blue shield retrieval of egg 1200 per attempt. upfront payment for luminary genetic testing flat fee of 1000 for as many embryos. 350 per embryo. with out knowing if you will get an embryo and on top of that another 2900 to take a biopsy to send to luminary. to mix sperm with egg 2300 no refund form luminary if you don't use their service egg freezing 85 a month for storage. freeze sperm 500. storage 80 a month. had multiple doctors with very different approaches we have spent the las 3 years trying ivf. i am not sure this is the best company to go with. to all that had a child wish you the best. we already have a child but trying for a second not sure i would try with this company. definitely hidden costs make you feel uneasy. maybe it is the same with other companies but not to be upfront in costs very shady

We're so grateful for the team at the FCI Chestnut location. Everyone was so kind to us for each retrieval and transfer -- from Salma at the front desk to the nurses (Kabiyah, Bridget and Kris) to the anesthesia team. They took time to answer all of our questions and truly made us feel comfortable and seen every time we went. Also the parking was so easy, which was super helpful. Thank you!!

It’s taken me a couple years to write this review because I’ve so angry and shaken by this whole experience. Here’s a very abridged version of my experience with Dr. Martini when she practiced the DC area. I came to CCRM (usually saw Dr. Martini) with “unexplained fertility.” We transferred all the paperwork, including my husband’s initial testing. No one raised any flags. After I underwent years of treatments - multiple egg retrievals that died when we tried to make embryos - she advised he should get tested for a varicocele, a common and easily treatable vascular condition that’s associated with infertility. We told them he had the condition - had been diagnosed 15 years ago - but no one had ever asked. That’s when she informed is that his initial testing showed a sperm morphology of 3…below the normal range of 4-14 and a clear red flag. Only then did they refer us to a urologist. He got minor surgery to correct the varicocele, and we got pregnant on our own - first try. (Dr. Martini’s response when I begged for an explanation was literally, “Well, you might have ended up needing IVF anyway.” Not the point. And no, we didn’t.) His urologist couldn’t understand why they hadn’t referred us to him at the outset - said it was inexplicable and we were the “poster children” for starting with a urologist. Of course if they had referred us at the outset, they wouldn’t have gotten the thousands upon thousands of dollars we paid them for treatment and surgeries and supplements and extra shots that were never going to work. To cap off this horrific experience, we learned this week that - contrary to what they told us at the time and despite his condition - we actually did have an embryo in storage this whole time along with my eggs. First we were learning of this, three years later. Honestly I’m skeptical it’s even ours. I’m grateful IVF exists for all the people who need it, but the negligence and carelessness and gaslighting I experienced throughout this process has been one of the worst experiences of my life.

Wait time is awful. Shouldn't have to wait over 1.5 hrs! BUT Lorena was the best nurse since I didn't feel the procedure at all. So it was worth the wait I guess!

Nightmare. Got my phone number wrong three times even though I corrected them, got our insurance wrong, staff in the front talks about Facebook drama in front of patients, staff has given us the run around to even schedule appointments. Staff does not communicate and it is disorganized and a mess. I wouldn't trust them to babysit an 18 year old let alone complete a fertility treatment.

I’ve been to both surgery centers, I was in the new one about a month ago for my second embryo transfer. This facility is beautiful, clean, and operations seem to be running smoothly. I was to send a special thank you to my care team there; Karina, Peggy, Leah, Claire, Irma, Erin, Chasidy, Ashley, Vanessa, Joyce, Sue, Selma, and Lisa.

My husband and I adopted embryos that were slow-frozen 15 years ago. Most clinics won’t work with that older technology anymore, but Dr. Rodgers will give any embryo a chance! The embryologists at FCI were able to successfully thaw one of the embryos and I’m now pregnant! When I had my FET, it was also very quick. I actually ended up being in and out before the scheduled procedure time, so not a lot of waiting with a full bladder, which was nice.

Brian Kaplan is Toxic! Do not trust him one bit. Politically motivated in everything he does. He’s a snake!
