First Dental Center's Online Review Report Card

I am so glad I switched to this clinic. They remodeled and it is beautiful. Both luxurious and relaxing. The staff are all so nice. They provide so much education and information. I work with Dr. Nguyen who is great. They are updated with technology. I recommend them highly. I feel they take care of my teeth without overselling me on things.

First Dental employs unprofessional dentists, who has no respect for patients time. I was a first time patient, and waited 45 minutes to be seen by a dentist, which I was told was on a conference call. I had to reschedule my appointment on the day prior because in route to my appointment, my GPS said I would be there in five minutes. Contacted First Dental to notify the office of my arrival time, and I was told that I had to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule. However, I requested a male dentist instead of a female. I arrived 15 minutes early the following day. Checked in and paid consultation fee. I was called in for an examination. I waited 45 minutes and was told the dentist that I was assigned was on a conference call, but I could see the dentist that I was supposed to see on the day prior. I declined and left. I feel First Dental discriminates against people of color. If you want to be treated poorly, then First Dental is the perfect dental office to visit. I was paying out of my pocket for the services I was seeking. Please do not patronize this practice, unless you want to be disrespected.

I had a great experience at First Dental Center. Over the past 7 days, I had three appointments there and every visit was consistently excellent. There was essentially no wait time, and the entire process was efficient, professional, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Special thanks to the hygienists Amanda and Crystal for being so kind, thorough, and attentive, and to Dr. Nguyen for the excellent care and professionalism. Also, a special shout out to Lila, the therapy dog, who made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

This is the best dentist office in the world. If you have teeth, go here and don’t go anywhere else. Everyone who works here is the nicest human in existence. I am scared of the dentist and they always go above and beyond to make extra sure that I have a good experience at my appointments. I didn’t go to the dentist for a long time and am working to get my teeth back to a good place and they are working right alongside with me to get my teeth to where they need to be! I LOVE IT HERE.

I've been coming here for like at least 3+ years now and haven't had a bad experience yet! I love how compassionate, non-judgemental & friendly all the staff is. I always feel seen and heard at this dentist office. They always answer any questions or address any dental related concerns I might have.If you're in need of a new Dentist I seriously cannot recommend Dr.Feng and his team enough ! 👌🏻💯

The staff is amazing!

My first appointment here was amazing! I had bad experience with other dentists that were aggressive or just not accommodating to my gum sensitivity but here the staff is so friendly, understanding, patient, and accommodating. So glad I’ve found a place I can consistently return to.
