The best dental care I have ever received! The entire staff is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Each person I interact with makes me feel at ease and my questions are always answered thoroughly. Not only are the staff members experienced and totally focused on the patients but the atmosphere also puts me at ease, which is important since going to the dentist can sometimes be a little anxiety inducing.

So happy with my experience with Dr. Nam and his team at Fresh Dental. I scheduled an emergency appointment for tooth pain, and the process in treating the problem has been streamlined. I’ve always been really anxious about my teeth, and the staff were really patient with me as I worked through some panic. Really impressed with this office, and I’m so glad I came across this office when I was urgently looking for an appointment last week!

I called before my appointment to see if my insurance would cover the cleaning/x-rays and they said it would be $0 with my insurance. Then sent me a bill for $60 three months later. Said the $0 was an estimate....

Friendly staff, appointment availability, easy registration process, and great doctor (Dr. Michelle Lee). Definitely will return!

I’ve been a patient at Fresh Dental for the past 3 years. I had a history of cavities as a child, but from high school through my mid twenties I rarely had any. I came to fresh dental after moving to the city, and after my first appointment they said a couple of my old fillings were “going bad” and that I also had a new cavity that needed filling. I agreed to have that dental work done and paid the several hundred dollars required after insurance. I had two cleanings after that where everything looked good, but then at my next cleaning in October 2025 they stated I had another bad filling and another cavity. I asked if these issues were necessary to be addressed immediately, and the dentist said, “well we can’t force you to do anything you don’t want to, but you risk these turning into a bigger issue if you wait”. After hearing about how some dental practices can push unnecessary dental work, I decided to wait 6 months and get a second opinion at another dentist nearby. Today I had that appointment, where I got an exam and cleaning. I gave the new dentist the treatment plan that was given to me at fresh dental. After getting examined, the new dentist said he couldn’t even find the one cavity fresh dental had identified and that the filling that was “bad” just had staining on it (which he then removed easily with an ultrasonic scaler). This new dentist explained how old filling perimeters can easily stain overtime, but don’t need to be addressed if there isn’t further shadowing, weakening of the enamel, or pain. I really appreciated how informative they were so I understood what goes into the decision making behind recommending fillings. With that said, I won’t be returning to Fresh Dental. Overall my dental health is very good, I brush and floss regularly, don’t drink, smoke, or eat much sugar at all. I’m really disappointed that it seems like Fresh dental recommended work that was unnecessary, just to get more money out of me. In today’s world, no one wants to be paying for unnecessary dental work. I work in healthcare, so I understand the pressures of insurance and meeting demanding “quotas”, but continuing unnecessary recommendations will only hurt your business and trust in your patients in the long run.

Would highly recommend Fresh Dental. The dentist and hygienist, Jessie, were very professional and courteous. I appreciate that they thoroughly explain what they are doing as the procedure progresses.

I have been coming to Fresh Dental for about three years and every time I receive exceptional service. The dentists are fantastic as well as the oral hygienists and the front staff. Could not be happier with this practice!

I held off on posting this review, as there were some insurance issues and I didn’t want to come off as a scorned patient refusing to pay. I had X-rays here and was told I had 3 cavities. I came in and got the first 2 taken care of, and we left one for me to come back for as I was having a hard time with the fillings. I needed to get into a dentist and because of the insurance issues, couldn’t be taken in for an appt. at Fresh Dental. Once finding a new dentist, I was told that I had no cavities, just deep molars, and the doctor must've filled them as a preventative due to deep molars (unless the one cavity we left magically healed itself). I knew something felt off, as 3 cavities appeared when another dentist at Howard Brown 6 months prior said there were none. I wish I hadn't second guessed them. This was never discussed. I was told I had cavities, I would never have agreed to drilling into my teeth as a preventative measure. I saw Dr Myung Jim Nam, not sure if he is still there or not. I hope the rest of this practice has more integrity.
