DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!! I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to get an answer as to why she has not approved the meds for my husband. Pharmacy and insurance are waiting for her approval and NOBODY answer my calls. The staff is HORRIBLE . Be prepared to wait at least 3 hours before you are seen!

Dr. Ramos is amazimg. A very real, humanistic caring person. Awsome following up and staying on top of your health. Me and my family love her.

Lady who answers the phone is a total joke.I waited 30 min to talk to someone.She was very rude and inconsiderate. She cuts you off as you’re speaking.I said I called the hospital and they gave me this number to see Dr. Ramos and she says“This is a CLINIC not a HOSPITAL” I said ok.“I would like to set up...” && she cuts me off.Then she tells me without even asking about what insurance I had or anything that I need to request a new card to get seen ?I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Dr Ramos may be great I’ll never know but the lady answering the phone is terrible smh

Doc, always follows through even when I forget, Superior office service and always a caring professional...she goes the extra mile which a big help with arthritis and other minor disabilities... that limits at time She treat patients all equal. and she's tough when appropriate Sincerely RDC

Me atendí poco con esta Dra, aunque es mi compatriota. No escucha, es obstinada y prepotente. Como prueba tengo q en el año 17 dijo q no tenía reuma ( lo cual me diagnosticaron hace 40 años )y ahora otros doctores si ven el reuma. Me dijo no era alérgica a la Aspirina, cosa q me diagnóstico un alergista del Hospital Gottlieb, todos me ven un kiste en el páncreas, ella dijo q no y para rematar, luego de usar por más de 40 años oxígeno por efisema pulmonar y ahora obstrucción pulmonaria. Ella me lo retiro porque no lo necesito. Desde entonces mi salud ha empeorado no entiendo cómo le dan tan buena calificacion

On 3/1/2016 a staff called me and said my refferal is ready so I said Ill pick up the referal tomorrow3/2/2016 she said they are open from 9:00 to 6:00 pm I get thereat 3:35 and the doors were closed I called 2 time the office and none of the staff member picked up the phone . that was a waste of my time and gas
